Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan latihan menggunakan Resistance band dan Parasut terhadap peningkatan kecepatan menggiring bola atlet futsal. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang menggunakan Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampling menggunakan purposive sebanyak 20 atlet dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Perlakuan yang diberikan sebanyak 16 kali pertemuan dengan frekuensi 4 kali dalam seminggu. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian ; berdasarkan hasil tes awal dan tes akhir latihan resistance band yaitu didapatkan t hitung = 27,926 > t tabel 5% = 1,833. Berarti ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara mean hasil tes awal dan hasil tes akhir dapat artikan latihan resistance band dapat meningkatkan kecepatan menggiring bola. Berdasarkan hasil tes awal dan tes akhir latihan parasut didapatkan t hitung = 2,096 > t tabel 5% = 1,833. Berarti ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara mean hasil tes awal dan hasil tes akhir dapat artikan latihan resistance band dapat meningkatkan kecepatan menggiring bola. Perbandingan hasil tes akhir latihan resistance band dan tes akhir latihan parasut. Berarti, ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara mean data kelompok latihan resistance band dengan kelompok latihan parasut. ***** This study aims to compare training using Resistance bands and Parachutes to increase the speed of dribbling the ball of futsal athletes. The design of this study is quantitative using Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampling consisted 20 athletes and was divided into 2 groups. The treatment given was 16 meetings with a frequency of 4 times a week. Data processing using the t test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study; based on the results of the initial test and the final test of the resistance band exercise, the t count = 27.926> t table 5% = 1.833 was obtained. This means that there is a significant difference between the mean of the initial test results and the final test results, which can be interpreted as resistance band training can increase dribbling speed. Based on the results of the initial test and the final test of the parachute exercise, the t count = 2.096> t table 5% = 1.833 was obtained. This means that there is a significant difference between the mean of the initial test results and the final test results, which can be interpreted as resistance band training can increase dribbling speed. Comparison of the results of the final test of resistance band training and the final test of parachute training. This means that there is a significant difference between the mean data of the resistance band training group and the parachute training group.
