Abstract

Dinas Pemadam kebakaran merupakan instalasi daerah yang menangani urusan bidang kebakaran. Berdasarkan Panca Dharma Pemadam Kebakaran, tugas dari pemadam kebakaran terdiri dari pencegahan dan pengendalian kebakaran, pemadaman kebakaran, penyelamatan jiwa dan harta benda, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan penanganan bahan berbahaya dan beracun. Dinas pemadam kebakaran Kabupaten Kediri bergabung dengan Satpol PP yang diberi nama Bidang Pencegahan Kebakaran. Pada tahun 2023, Kabupaten Kediri memiliki 3 pos pemadam. Diketahui pada tahun 2023 terjadi kebakaran sebesar 276 kejadian yang mana ditemukan capaian SPM (Standar Pelayanan Minimal) sebesar 59,42%. Untuk peningkatan kinerja tersebut, diperlukan analisis sarana prasarana, aparatur pemadam kebakaran, dan program kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Bidang Pencegahan Kebakaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dimulai dari persiapan, pengambilan data, penyajian data, mereduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT yang dilanjut dari hasil analisis data terseebut diberikan usulan perbaikan berupa regulasi, pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana (APD, peralatan pemadam, prasarana pos), dan sosialisasi pada masyarakat. ***** The Fire Department is a regional installation that handles fire affairs. Based on Panca Dharma Pemadam Kebakaran, the duties of the fire department consist of fire protection and control, fire extinguishing, saving lives and property, community empowerment, and handling hazardous and toxic materials. The Kediri Regency Fire Department is affiliated with the Satpol PP which is named the Division of Fire Protection. In 2023, Kediri Regency has 3 fire stations. It is known that in 2023 there were 276 fire incidents, of which the Minimum Service Standard achievement was found to be 59.42%. To improve the performance of fire fighters, an analysis of facilities and infrastructure, fire extinguishing equipments, and activity programs carried out by the Division of Fire Protection is needed. This study uses a qualitative method, starting from preparation, data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and finding conclusions. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis which is continued from the results of the data analysis, suggestions for improvements are given in the form of regulations, fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure (PPE, fire extinguishing equipments, post stations), and socialization to the community.
