Abstract

MODEL LATIHAN PASSING SUPPORT PADA EKSTRAKURIKULER HOKI SMA NEGERI 14 KABUPATEN TANGERANG ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan passing support pada ekstrakurikuler hoki SMA Negeri 14 Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelajar terkait keterampilan teknik dasar hoki, khususnya dalam passing support. Melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pelatih, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar siswa masih kesulitan dalam melakukan passing support dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa model latihan passing support hoki ruangan yang telah divalidasi dan direvisi oleh dua ahli dalam bidang hoki, dengan total 19 variasi model latihan. Produk akhir penelitian berupa buku panduan model latihan passing support hoki untuk digunakan dalam ekstrakurikuler. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, model latihan ini dinyatakan valid serta dapat diterapkan. Kata Kunci : Model Latihan, Passing Support, Hoki Ruangan MODEL OF PASSING SUPPORT TRAINING IN EXTRACURRICULAR HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY 14 TANGERANG DISTRICT ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to develop a model for passing support training in extracurricular hockey at SMA 14 Tangerang District. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Through observations and interviews with coaches, it was determined that most students still face challenges in executing passing support effectively. The findings of this study have culminated in the formulation of a comprehensive hockey passing support training model, which has undergone a rigorous validation and revision process by two leading experts in the field of hockey, yielding a total of 19 variations of the training model. The culmination of this research is a comprehensive guidebook that serves as a framework for the hockey passing support training model, specifically designed for implementation in extracurricular activities. The efficacy of this training model has been substantiated through a thorough evaluation process, which has led to its validation and acceptance for practical application.
