Abstract

Sarana dan prasarana sangat penting untuk proses pendidikan. Tanpa adanya sarana dan prasarana, pendidikan akan mengalami kesulitan atau bahkan menggagalkan pendidikan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penting untuk memahami dan menerapkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana secara efektif. SMA Boash adalah salah satu sekolah swasta dengan sarana dan prasarana terbaik, seperti terdapat waterpark, barbershop, cinema, sport centre, klinik, dll. Manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SMA Boash sudah berjalan dengan baik dan partisipasi warga sekolah dalam menjaga lingkungan sekolah bersih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SMA Boash. Sub focus dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana di SMA Boash. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana di SMA Boash dilaksanakan dengan analisis kebutuhan sekolah, pendataan terhadap dokumen, menentukan skala prioritas, melakukan verifikasi kepada guru terkait usulan yang diajukan, melakukan evaluasi, meminta persetujuan pihak yayasan. (2) Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dalam pembelajaran berasal dari Dana BOS dan SPP sekolah. pada proses pengadaan sarana pihak sekolah akan melakukan dengan cara membeli sedangkan dalam pengadaan prasarana sekolah pihak sekolah akan melakukan Pembangunan ulang dan mendapatkan bantuan hibah dari universitas. (3) Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana di SMA Boash dilakukan dengan sehari-hari dan berkala. Pemeliharaan prasarana sehari-hari dilakukan dengan menyapu dan mengepel, sedangkan pemeliharaan berkala dilakukan dengan melakukan pengecatan ulang, renovasi ruangan, perbaikan terhadap genteng yang bocor. Sedangkan, dalam pemeliharaan sarana SMA Boash melakukan penyimpanan, membersihkan dan penataan untuk media pembelajaran. Pada barang elektronik seperti AC akan dilakukan service secara berkala dan Listrik akan dilakukan reparasi oleh staf ICT. kendala yang dialami SMA Boash pada proses pemeliharaan yaitu, tidak semua warga sekolah peduli terhadap pemeliharaan sarana prasarana sekolah. Hal ini ditandai dengan beberapa warga sekolah yang kurang menjaga kebersihan sekolah seperti toilet dan tidak membuang samoah pada tempatnya serta ada siswa yang melakukan vandalisme. Akan tetapi, sejauh ini semua kondisi sarana dan prasarana di SMA Boash berfungsi dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana, Perencanaan Sarana dan Prasarana, Pengadaan Sarana dan Prasarana, Pemeliharaan Sarana dan Prasarana (****) Facilities and infrastructure are very important for the education process. Without facilities and infrastructure, education will experience difficulties or even thwart education. To overcome this, it is important to understand and implement facilities and infrastructure management effectively. Boash High School is one of the private schools with the best facilities and infrastructure, such as a waterpark, barbershop, cinema, sports center, clinic, etc. The management of facilities and infrastructure at Boash High School has been running well and the participation of school community in maintaining a clean school environment. This research aims to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure at Boash High School. The sub-focus in this research includes planning, procurement and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at Boash High School. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that: (1) Planning of facilities and infrastructure at Boash High School is carried out by analyzing school needs, collecting data on documents, determining priority scales, verifying teachers regarding proposals submitted, evaluating, asking for approval from the foundation. (2) Procurement of facilities and infrastructure in learning comes from the BOS Fund and school tuition fees. in the process of procuring facilities the school will do by purchasing while in the procurement of school infrastructure the school will do redevelopment and get grant assistance from the university. (3) Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at Boash High School is carried out daily and periodically. Daily maintenance of infrastructure is carried out by sweeping and mopping, while periodic maintenance is carried out by repainting, renovating the room, repairing leaking roof tiles. Meanwhile, in the maintenance of facilities, Boash High School does storage, cleaning and arrangement for learning media. Electronic items such as air conditioners will be serviced regularly and electricity will be repaired by ICT staff. The obstacles experienced by SMA Boash in the maintenance process are that not all school members care about the maintenance of school infrastructure. This is indicated by some school residents who do not maintain the cleanliness of the school such as toilets and do not dispose of samoah in its place and there are students who do vandalism. However, so far all facilities and infrastructure conditions at Boash High School are functioning properly.
