Abstract

MANAJEMEN SEKOLAH BERBASIS SYARI’AH SD TAHFIZH METODE TES (TILAWAH EVALUASI SEDERHANA) DI BALEENDAH BANDUNG AMALLIAH KADIR ABSTRAK Indonesia pada saat ini termasuk negara Era transkultural yang memiliki hubungan dengan konsep hegemoni barat termasuk memicu munculnya pemikiran liberalisme. Dimana setiap manusia bebas mengekspresikan inovasi dan kreativitasnya dengan tujuan mempengaruhi orang lain agar mengikutinya. Terbukti banyak didapati kenakalan peserta didik dan masih tingginya tingkat buta huruf menulis dan membaca Al-Qur’an pada Masyarakat Indonesia. Implementasi pendidikan karakter dengan menerapkan pembelajaran tahfizh qur’an menjadi Solusi kondusif untuk mampu menjawab tantangan abad 21. Dibuktikan dengan kondusifnya proses belajar mengajar dengan 99% capaian hafalan siswa normal diatas 10-30 juz 21/22 siswa dan 1% siswa disabilitas mampu haafizh 5 juz, nilai KKM 78 dengan kondisi psikis normal kembali. Sub focus penelitian: (1) perencanaan sekolah berbasis syariah; (2) pelaksanan sekolah berbasis syariah: menerapkan pembelajaran tahfizh qur’an; (3) pengawasan sekolah berbasis syariah; (4) pengembangan sekolah berbasis syariah; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Model manajemen sekolah berbasis syari’ah, dengan mengikuti Langkah-langkah: (1) Model Pembelajaran Tahfizh Qur’an. (2) Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Sekolah Unggul Dan Pelatihan Pemberdayaan Staf Dan Guru. (3) Model Implementasi Kebijakan Sekolah Unggul. (4) Model Pelaksanaan Satuan Pendidikan Sekolah Unggul. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan melakukan triangulasi data. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dengan metode snowball sampling untuk mencari jawaban yang mendalam dan lengkap, dan dokumentasi. Instrument penelitiannya seluruh stakeholder sekolah baik internal dan eksternal, dengan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa (1) Perencanaan yang dijalankan sesuai syari’ah mulai dari visi sampai pada evaluasi dan revisi mempercepat proses pelaksanaan sekolah berjalan lancar (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan metode tahfizh yang sesuai, penguasaan guru professional dikelas, dan menjalin kemitraan yang fleksibel dan tepat dapat menjadikan peserta didik unggul dan membantu terapis otak khususnya anak berkebutuhan khusus menjadi haafizh qur’an dan kondisi psikis yang stabil. (3) Pengawasan yang terus menerus oleh yayasan, kepala sekolah, dan orangtua membuat sekolah cepat berkembang dan memiliki banyak siswa. (4) Pengembangan sekolah berbasis syari’ah dengan memperhatikan psikologis dan kemampuan siswa, kebahagiaan karyawan, penempatan guru dan penataan ruang yang tepat, layanan yang prima dengan manajemen keuangan yang baik menjadikan sekolah unggul. Hasil temuan disertasi ini bisa dijadikan bahan rujukan sekolah negeri dan atau swasta untuk membantu proses terapis otak anak berkebutuhan khusus disekolah PDPD dan sekolah berbasis inklusi. Kata kunci: Manajemen sekolah, Syari’ah Islam, Pembelajaran Thafizh Qur’an Metode TES **** SHARI'AH-BASED SCHOOL MANAGEMENT TAHFIZH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEST METHOD (SIMPLE EVALUATION RECITATION) IN BALEENDAH, BANDUNG AMALLIAH KADIR ABSTRACT Indonesia is currently a country in the Transstructural Era which has a relationship with the concept of Western hegemony, including triggering the emergence of liberalism. Every human being is free to express his innovation and creativity to influence others to follow suit. It is evident that many students are found delinquent and there is still a high illiteracy in writing and reading the Akl-Qur'an in Indonesian society. Implementing character education by applying tahfizh Qur'an learning is a conducive solution to answering the challenges of the 21st century. Proven by the conduciveness of the teaching and learning process with 99% of normal students memorizing above 10-30 juz 21/22 students and 1% of students with disabilities able to haafizh 5 juz, KKM score 78 with normal psychological conditions. With research sub-focus: (1) sharia-based school planning; (2) implementation of sharia-based schools: implementing the Qur'an tahfizh learning ; (3) sharia-based school supervision; (4) development of sharia-based schools; This research aims to create a sharia-based school management model, by following the steps: (1) Tahfizh Qur'an Learning Model. (2) Guidelines for Implementing Superior School Education and Staff and Teacher Empowerment Training. (3) Excellent School Policy Implementation Model. (4) Implementation Model for Superior School Education Units. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach by carrying out data triangulation. The data collection process was carried out through observation surveys, interviews using the snowball sampling method to seek in-depth and complete answers, and documentation. The research instrument is all school stakeholders, both internal and external, with primary data sources and secondary data. The results of this research are (1) Planning that Shari'ah carries out from vision to evaluation and revision accelerates the school implementation process to run smoothly (2) Implementation of learning using appropriate tahfizh methods, mastery of professional teachers in the classroom, and establishing flexible and appropriate partnerships can make students excel and help brain therapists, especially children with special needs, become haafizh qur'an and stable psychological conditions. (3) Continuous supervision by the foundation, principal, and parents makes the school grow quickly and have many students. (4) Shari'ah-based school development by paying attention to the psychological and abilities of students, employee happiness, teacher placement, and proper spatial arrangement, excellent service with good financial management makes the school superior. The findings of this dissertation can be used as reference material for public and/or private schools to assist the process of brain therapy for children with special needs in PDPD schools and inclusion-based schools.
