Abstract
Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) yang efektif dan relevan dalam membangun pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila. Model pengembangan Dick and Carey digunakan sebagai kerangka utama karena pendekatannya yang komprehensif dalam merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang melibatkan beberapa tahap, yaitu: (1) Menganalisis kebutuhan, (2) Menganalisis pembelajaran, (3) Menganalisis peserta didik dan konteknya, (4) Menuliskan tujuan kerja, (5) Mengembangkan instrument penilaian, dan (6) Mengembangakan strategi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian strategi pembelajaran yang dikembangkan ini telah melalui tahap expert review dengan menggunakan skala likert dengan hasil desain pembelajaran sebesar 3,70 dan ahli materi sebesar 3,78. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba one to one kepada guru kelas III dengan hasil 3.6. Selanjutnya dilakukan field tes sebanyak 20 orang dengan hasil sebesar 78.43. Kesimpulannya, strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD ini dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar Kata kunci: Dick and Carey, Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Pendidikan Pancasila, Sekolah Dasar, STAD ***** This development aims to develop an effective and relevant Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning strategy to build students' understanding of the values of Pancasila. The Dick and Carey development model was used as the main framework due to its comprehensive approach in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. This research used the Research and Development (R&D) method, which involved several stages, including: (1) Analyzing needs, (2) Analyzing learning, (3) Analyzing students and context, (4) Writing learning objectives, (5) Developing assessment instruments, and (6) Developing the learning strategy. The results of the developed learning strategy went through an expert review stage using a Likert scale, with the learning design getting a score of 3.7 and the material expert receiving a score of 3.78. A one-to-one trial was then conducted with the third-grade teacher, yielding a score of 3.6. A field test with 20 participants was then carried out, resulting in a score of 78.43. In conclusion, the STAD cooperative learning strategy can be considered an innovative alternative to improve the quality of Pancasila Education learning in elementary schools.
