Abstract
***** This development research aims to develop a learning animation video on educational information communication techniques in the Basic Functional Training of Family Planning Education at BKKBN. This learning video development model uses the Hannafin and Peck. This development model consists of three stages namely, (1) Needs Analysis Phase, (2) Design Phase, (3) Development and Implementation Phase with revisions at each stage. The result of this development research is an animated learning video. This learning video has gone through expert review, user and product feasibility assessment. Evaluation is carried out formatively by interviewing material experts, learning design experts, and media experts to get product feasibility scores. Trials were also conducted with family planning workers through one-to-one and small group questionnaires. The results of the one-to-one and small group trials were in the form of suggestions and input that were used as improvements to the product. Evaluation results from material experts showed a value of 96.36% with the category “very feasible to use”. Results from learning design experts obtained a score of 90% with the category “very feasible to use”, and media experts gave a score of 92% with the category “very feasible to use”. Based on the evaluation results from the experts and the family planning education, the animated learning video product for educational information communication techniques is declared feasible to use.
