Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah media digital berupa Buku Pedoman Penulisan Plan of Action untuk peserta pelatihan Pengawas Farmasi dan Makanan di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan. Penelitian pengembangan ini memiliki tujuan menghasilkan buku pedoman cetak untuk memfasilitasi peserta Pelatihan Pengawas Farmasi dan Makanan dalam mengerjakan penugasan akhir. Pengembangan buku pedoman ini mengacu pada model pengembangan produk Rowntree yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap persiapan penulisan, serta tahap penulisan dan penyuntingan. Buku pedoman ini telah melalui tahapan evaluasi formatif yang melibatkan expert review meliputi ahli materi, ahli media, serta uji coba one to one yang melibatkan 3 orang peserta pelatihan Pengawas Farmasi dan Makanan. Nilai rata rata yang diperoleh pada tahap evaluasi formatif oleh ahli materi adalah 3.84 (sangat baik), kemudian nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh ahli media adalah 3.33 (sangat baik). Sedangkan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh uji coba one to one adalah 3.85 (sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi formatif yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa produk Buku Pedoman Penulisan Plan of Action untuk peserta Pelatihan Pengawas Farmasi dan Makanan sudah sangat baik dan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam proses pembelajaran. ***** This development research aims to produce a digital media in the form of a Plan of Action Writing Guidebook for Pharmacy and Food Supervisor training participants at the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. This development research has the goal of producing a printed guidebook to facilitate the participants of the Pharmaceutical and Food Supervisor Training in working on the final assignment. The development of this guidebook refers to the Rowntree product development model which consists of three stages, namely the planning stage, the writing preparation stage, and the writing and editing stage. This guidebook has gone through a formative evaluation stage involving expert reviews including material experts, media experts, and a one-to-one trial involving 3 Pharmaceutical and Food Supervisor training participants. The average score obtained at the formative evaluation stage by material experts is 3.84 (very good), then the average score obtained by media experts is 3.33 (very good). Meanwhile, the average score obtained by the one-to-one trial was 3.85 (very good). Based on the results of the formative evaluation that has been carried out, it shows that the Plan of Action Writing Guidebook product for Pharmaceutical and Food Supervisor Training participants is very good and can be used as a reference in the learning process.
