Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan, motivasi kerja, dan soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMKN 6 Jakarta yang berjumlah 248 orang. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan tingkat toleransi kesalahan sebesar 5%, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 153 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji F dan uji T digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis. F hitung adalah 40.216 > 2.665 menurut perbandingan F-hitung dan F-tabel pada tabel ANOVA. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa keempat hipotesis saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain secara bersamaan. Temuan dari uji-t untuk soft skill 3.362 > 1.976, motivasi kerja 3.133 > 1.976, dan praktik kerja lapangan 6.049 > 1.976. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disusun dalam format Google Form menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan aplikasi statistik Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 26. Adapun koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 44,7% terhadap kesiapan kerja, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang belum diteliti. Penelitian mendatang dapat membahas kesiapan kerja dengan menambahkan variabel lain yang berpengaruh. ***** This study aims to determine the influence of fieldwork practice, work motivation, and soft skills on job readiness. The population in this study consists of 248 twelfth grade students at SMKN 6 Jakarta. Using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error, a sample of 153 respondents was obtained. The results indicate that the F-test and t-test were used for hypothesis testing. The calculated F-value is 40.216, which is greater than the critical value of 2.665, based on the comparison of the F-calculated and F-table values in the ANOVA table. This suggests that all four hypotheses influence each other simultaneously. The t-test results show that the t-values for soft skills (3.362 > 1.976), work motivation (3.133 > 1.976), and fieldwork practice (6.049 > 1.976) indicate a significant influence. This research follows a quantitative approach using a survey method, where data were collected through a questionnaire formatted in Google Forms with a 1-5 Likert scale. The collected data were processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 26 software. The coefficient of determination shows that these three variables contribute 44.7% to job readiness, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Future research may explore job readiness by incorporating additional influential variables.
