Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang konten microlearning untuk mata kuliah Fotografi Pendidikan. Microlearning merupakan metode pembelajaran yang menyajikan materi dalam bentuk unit kecil yang singkat, spesifik, dan mudah diakses kapan saja. Dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik para pengguna yang lebih responsif terhadap pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, penelitian ini merancang microlearning dengan pendekatan sistematis yang mencakup beberapa tahapan. Tahapan perancangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, pemecahan materi menjadi unit kecil (chunking content), pemilihan format media pembelajaran, serta penyusunan rancangan penyajian materi. Hasil rancangan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi atas keterbatasan pembelajaran konvensional yang cenderung kurang fleksibel dan interaktif. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan karena hanya sampai pada tahap perancangan dan belum melalui tahap pengembangan serta implementasi di lingkungan pembelajaran nyata. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lanjutan diperlukan untuk mengembangkan serta menguji efektivitas microlearning dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah Fotografi Pendidikan. ***** This research aims to design microlearning content for Educational Photography course. Microlearning is a learning method that presents material in the form of small units that are short, specific, and easily accessible at any time. By considering the characteristics of users who are more responsive to technology-based learning, this research designs microlearning with a systematic approach that includes several stages. The design stages include needs analysis, formulation of learning objectives, breaking down the material into small units (chunking content), selection of learning media formats, and preparation of material presentation design. The results of this design are expected to provide solutions to the limitations of conventional learning that tends to be less flexible and interactive. However, this research has limitations because it only reaches the design stage and has not gone through the development and implementation stages in a real learning environment. Therefore, further research is needed to develop and test the effectiveness of microlearning in improving student understanding of the Educational Photography course.
