Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan serta menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar berbasis Project Based Learning pada mata pelajaran IPA materi energi di kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis,Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). Penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE yang dilakukan hanya sampai tahap implementasi karena tujuan penelitian ini hanya sebatas mengembangkan bahan ajar dan menguji kelayakan bahan ajar yang valid atau layak digunakan berdasarkan penilaian validator ahli dan uji coba pengguna. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar SDN Klender 10 Pagi. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menyakan hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor presentase sebesar 100% (sangat baik), hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 98% (sangat baik), dan hasil validasi ahli bahasa sebesar 75% (baik). Hasil uji coba pada perorangan (one to one) diperoleh hasil sangat baik dengan presentase 96%, hasil uji coba kelompok kecil (small group) diperoleh hasil sangat baik dengan presentase 94%, dan hasil coba keseluruhan (field test) diperoleh hasil sangat baik dengan presentase 93%. Berasarkan hasil penilaian yang telah diperoleh tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa, bahan ajar berbasis Project Based Learning pada mata pelajaran IPA materi energi layak dikembangkan dan digunakan di kelas V Sekolah Dasar. ***** This study aims to develop and produce products in the form of Project Based Learning-based teaching materials in the science subject of energy material in grade five of Elementary School. This study uses the research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The ADDIE model development research conducted only up to the implementation stage because the purpose of this study is limited to developing teaching materials and testing the feasibility of valid teaching materials or suitable for use based on expert validator assessments and user trials. The subjects of this study were fifth-grade students of SDN Klender 10 Pagi Elementary School. The results of the research and development stated that the results of the material expert validation obtained a percentage score of 100% (very good), the results of the media expert validation were 98% (very good), and the results of the language expert validation were 75% (good). The results of the individual trial (one to one) obtained very good results with a percentage of 96%, the results of the small group trial (small group) obtained very good results with a percentage of 94%, and the overall trial results (field test) obtained very good results with a percentage of 93%. Based on the assessment results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that, teaching materials based on Project Based Learning in the subject of science on energy material are feasible to be developed and used in the fifth grade of Elementary School.
