Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila tema Bhinneka Tunggal Ika dalam mengembangkan sikap toleransi; (2) Mengetahui dampak penerapan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila tema Bhinneka Tunggal Ika pada Kelas VII di SMP Negeri 57 Jakarta dalam mengembangkan sikap toleransi peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 57 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum, guru Wali Kelas VII SMP Negeri 57 Jakarta, dan 5 peserta didik terpilih. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila tema Bhinneka Tunggal Ika yang melibatkan pembelajaran dengan berinteraksi secara langsung seperti diskusi kelompok, berbasis pengalaman, dan mentoring individu, dapat membuat kegiatan tersebut menjadi sangat efektif dalam membangun sikap toleransi di lingkungan sekolah yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai Pancasila. (2) Proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan, terutama dalam meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik terhadap pentingnya menghargai keberagaman agama dan sosial. Keberhasilan proyek ini didukung oleh pelaksanaan yang konsisten, peran aktif guru, keterlibatan orang tua, dan kolaborasi komunitas sekolah. ***** This study aims to: (1) Find out the application of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project with the theme of diversity in developing tolerance attitudes; (2) Knowing the impact of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project with the theme of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in Grade VII at SMP Negeri 57 Jakarta in developing students' tolerance attitudes. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 57 Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The subjects in this research are 1 Deputy Head of Curriculum, a teacher of Grade VII of SMP Negeri 57 Jakarta, and 5 selected students. The results of this study shows that: (1) Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project with the theme of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika which involves learning by interacting directly such as group discussions, experience-based, and individual mentoring, can make these activities very effective in building an attitude of tolerance in the school environment based on Pancasila values. (2) Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project has a significant positive impact, especially in increasing students' awareness of the importance of respecting religious and social diversity. The success of this project is supported by consistent implementation, the active role of teachers, parent involvement, and the collaboration of the school community.
