Abstract

Ulfathul Isnaeni. Pengembangan Learning Object Mata Kuliah Belajar dan Kinerja Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Jakarta : Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2020. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Learning Object topik “Pengertian dan Ruang Lingkup antara memfasilitasi Belajar dan Meningkatkan Kinerja”. Learning Object ini dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar mandiri dan untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan yang mengikuti mata kuliah Belajar dan Kinerja dalam memahami konsep awal topik sehingga dosen pengampu menjadi mudah menjelaskan pembelajaran selanjutnya. Pengembangan ini dilakukan berdasarkan model pengembangan Rapid Prototyping yang memiliki 5 (lima) tahap pengembangan yaitu Assess Needs and Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype (Design), Utilization Prototype (research) dan Installing the Final System. Pengembangan ini telah melalui uji evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh para ahli dan pengguna yaitu mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan UNJ. Dari hasil uji coba para ahli nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,2 yang berarti termasuk ke dalam kategori baik. Sedangkan hasil dari evaluas uji coba one to one dan small group yaitu 3,23 yang berarti baik. Hasil penelitian yang dikembangkan menunjukkan pembelajaran online ini dapat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran khususnya dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. This development research aims to produce a product in the form of Learning Object topic "Definition and Scope between facilitating Learning and Improving Performance". This Learning Object is used as a source of independent learning and to facilitate students of Educational Technology Study Programs who take the Learning and Performance course in understanding the initial concepts of the topic so that lecturers can easily explain further learning. This development is based on the Rapid Prototyping development model which has 5 (five) stages of development, namely Assess Needs and Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype (Design), Utilization Prototype (research) and Installing the Final System. This development has been through an evaluation test conducted by experts and users, namely UNJ Educational Technology students. From the results of the trial experts the average value of 3.2 which means included in either category. While the results of the one to one and small group trial evaluations were 3.23 which means good. The results of research that were developed show that online learning can be used to facilitate students in learning, especially in understanding learning material.
