Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMA Swasta Se-Kecamatan Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu iklim organisasi sebagai variabel X dan kepuasan kerja guru sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan populasi pada penelitian ini ialah para guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta Se-Kecamatan Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan total sampel sebanyak 80 guru. Dalam melakukan analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan ialah uji analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan hasil persamaan regresi Ŷ = 24,874 + 0,717X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 51,2%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 9,042 > ttabel sebesar 1,99085 dengan nilai signifikansi didapatkan hasil yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat pengaruh signifikan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta Se-Kecamatan Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. ***** This study aims to find out how much influence organizational climate on the job satisfaction of high school teachers at private senior high schools in pasar rebo district, East Jakarta. This research consists of two variables, namely organizational climate as the X variable and teacher job satisfaction as the Y variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and the population in this study is Private High School teachers in Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta. Sampling used the saturation sampling technique with a total sample of 80 teachers. In conducting data analysis to test the hypothesis in this study, the technique used is a simple linear regression analysis test with the results of the regression equation Ŷ = 24,874 + 0,717X and the coefficient of determination is 51,2%. From the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the tcount value is 9,042 > the ttable is 1,99085 with a significance value of 0,000 <0,05. So it can be concluded that the results of this study are that there is a significant influence of Organization Climate on Job Satisfaction of Private High School Teachers in Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta.
