Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen perpustakaan dalam peningkatkan literasi informasi siswa di SMAN 3 Jakarta. Sub fokus penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan perpustakaan dalam peningkatan literasi informasi siswa di SMAN 3 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini tediri dari informan kunci yaitu kepala perpustakaan, informan pendukung terdiri dari pengurus perpustakaan, wakil kepala sekolah bidang akademik, dan siswa. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan (planning) perpustakaan dilakukan secara sistematis berdasarkan kebutuhan literasi peserta didik, melalui penyusunan program kerja tahunan yang relevan dan adaptif. 2) Pengorganisasian (organizing) melibatkan pembagian tugas yang jelas, koordinasi intensif antar pihak sekolah, serta pembentukan Tim Gerakan Literasi untuk memperkuat pengelolaan program. 3) Pelaksanaan (actuating) program literasi dilakukan secara inovatif dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi, memperluas layanan perpustakaan, serta melibatkan aktif partisipasi siswa dan guru. 4) Pengawasan (controlling) dilakukan melalui evaluasi rutin, baik harian maupun tahunan, serta pemberian umpan balik oleh siswa melalui Google Form. **** This study aims to describe library management in improving student information literacy at SMAN 3 Jakarta. The sub-focus of this research includes the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision of libraries in improving student information literacy at SMAN 3 Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants in this study consisted of key informants, namely the head of the library, the supporting informants consisting of library staff, deputy principals for academics, and students. The results of the study show that: 1) Library planning is carried out systematically based on the literacy needs of students, through the preparation of relevant and adaptive annual work programs. 2) Organizing involves a clear division of tasks, intensive coordination between schools, and the formation of a Literacy Movement Team to strengthen program management. 3) Implementation (actuating) The literacy program is carried out innovatively by integrating technology, expanding library services, and actively involving the participation of students and teachers. 4) Supervision (controlling) is carried out through routine evaluations, both daily and annually, as well as providing feedback by students through Google Forms.
