Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan peserta diklat terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran ELDIKA Pusdiklat PERPUSNAS RI yang dikaji melalui 5 dimensi yakni isi konten, bentuk, ketepatan, kemudahan serta ketepatan waktu. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh sebanyak 30 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, di mana jawaban mereka dinilai menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan realibitas dengan pengolahan data statistik menggunakan aplikasi komputer SPSS. Hasil penelitian menemukan tingkat kepuasaan peserta diklat dalam menggunakan “ELDIKA” sebagai media pembelajaran (Di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Perpustakaan Nasional RI) dinyatakan Puas dengan memperoleh presentase sebesar 80,77% dan berada pada katergori “cukup”. pada perhitungan untuk indikator teori yang digunakan Content memperoleh hasil pressentase sebesar 69% yang menunjukan bahwa isi dari pembelajaran ELDIKA masuk ke dalam kategori Cukup Puas, Accuracy atau ketepatan yang memperoleh hasil presentase sebesar 65% dengan distribusinya masuk ke dalam kategori Cukup Puas, Format memperoleh hasil presentase sebesar 72% yang masuk ke dalam kategori Puas, Ease to Use atau kemudahan dalam berakses yang memperoleh hasil presentase sebesar 74% yang juga merupakan skor presentase tertinggi daripada kategori lainnya dan masuk ke dalam kategori Puas, dan terakhir adalah Timeless memiliki rata rata penilaian cukup puas. Kata kunci : Peserta Diklat, Media Pembalajaran, Pusdiklat ***** This research aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of training participants with the quality of the ELDIKA Pusdiklat PERPUSNAS RI learning process which is assessed through 5 dimensions, namely content, form, accuracy, convenience and timeliness. This research method is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was a saturated sample of 30 people. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents, where their answers were assessed using a Likert scale. This research uses validity and reality tests by processing statistical data using the SPSS computer application. The results of the research show that the level of satisfaction of training participants in using "ELDIKA" as a learning medium (at the National Library of Indonesia's Education and Training Center) was declared satisfied with a percentage of 80.77% and was in the "sufficient" category. in the calculations for the theoretical indicators used Content obtained a percentage result of 69% which shows that the content of ELDIKA's learning is included in the Quite Satisfying category, Accuracy or accuracy which obtained a percentage result of 65% with the distribution falling into the Quite Satisfying category, Format obtained a percentage result of 72% which was included in the Satisfied, Ease to Use or ease of access category which obtained a percentage result of 74% which was also the highest percentage score compared to other categories and was included in the Satisfied category, and finally Timeless had an average The average rating is quite satisfactory.
