Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Belajar dan Gaya Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 142 siswa dan dengan sampel sebanyak 105 siswa yang telah dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Sumber data penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan berjumlah 42 item pernyataan dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui akumulasi nilai rapor mata pelajaran Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia kelas XI dan kelas XII jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi berganda diolah menggunakan program SPSS 29.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Disiplin Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Gaya Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Disiplin Belajar dan Gaya Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. Dengan demikian, siswa diharapkan menyadari pentingnya disiplin belajar bersama dengan metode belajar yang sesuai. Agar siswa lebih terarah dalam mengelola waktu, mengikuti aturan yang berlaku, serta memilih metode belajar yang paling efektif untuk diri sendiri sebelum terjun ke dunia kerja. Hal ini tidak hanya berguna selama pembelajaran di sekolah, tetapi juga saat siswa memasuki dunia kerja yang menuntut keterampilan dan kemampuan berpikir praktis. Kata Kunci: disiplin belajar, gaya belajar, hasil belajar***** This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Learning Discipline and Learning Styles on the Academic Outcomes of students at SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. The research employed a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population comprised 142 students, with a sample of 105 selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire containing 42 items, while secondary data were obtained from accumulated report card scores in the Human Resource Management subject for Grade XI and Grade XII students in the Office Management program for the 2024/2025 academic year. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression techniques processed with SPSS version 29.0. The results indicate that (1) Learning Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Academic Outcomes of students at SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta; (2) Learning Styles have a positive and significant effect on the Academic Outcomes of students at SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta; and (3) Learning Discipline and Learning Styles together have a positive and significant effect on the Academic Outcomes of students at SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. These findings underscore the importance for students to recognize the value of maintaining discipline in their studies while adopting learning methods suited their individual needs. This will help them better manage their time, comply with rules, and choose the most effective learning strategies for themselves before entering the workforce. Such practices are valuable not only during their studies at school but also as they transition into the professional world, where practical skills and critical thinking abilities.
