Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji secara empiris pengaruh komponen User Interface, Efficiency, dan Accessibility terhadap Usability dan User Satisfaction dalam sistem digital interaktif berbasis layanan publik, khususnya aplikasi M-Paspor. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis AMOS. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei daring dengan responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) guna menjamin validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas instrumen. Model struktural dibangun untuk menguji tujuh hipotesis mengenai hubungan kausal antar variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa User Interface dan Accessibility memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan Usability dan User Satisfaction, sedangkan Efficiency tidak menunjukkan kontribusi yang berarti secara statistik. Temuan ini memperkaya literatur Human–Computer Interaction (HCI) dengan menekankan pentingnya persepsi visual, kejelasan navigasi, dan kemudahan akses sebagai determinan utama dalam pengalaman pengguna digital, melebihi aspek efisiensi teknis sistem. Secara praktis, hasil studi memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pengembang sistem digital layanan publik untuk memprioritaskan desain antarmuka yang intuitif dan inklusif serta memastikan aksesibilitas yang optimal dalam rangka meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan kegunaan sistem secara keseluruhan. ***** This study empirically examines the influence of User Interface, Efficiency, and Accessibility components on Usability and User Satisfaction within interactive digital systems, particularly the M-Paspor public service application. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the AMOS software. Data were collected via online surveys from respondents selected based on specific inclusion criteria, and then analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to ensure construct validity and instrument reliability. The structural model was developed to test seven hypotheses regarding causal relationships among variables. The analysis revealed that User Interface and Accessibility significantly contributed to improvements in Usability and User Satisfaction, while Efficiency did not show statistically significant effects on these dependent variables. These findings enrich the theoretical discourse in Human–Computer Interaction (HCI) by emphasizing the importance of visual perception, navigation clarity, and ease of access as key determinants of digital user experience—surpassing the influence of technical system efficiency. Practically, the study provides strategic recommendations for public digital system developers to prioritize intuitive and inclusive interface design and ensure optimal accessibility in order to enhance overall user satisfaction and system usability.
