Abstract

Perkembangan dalam bidang pendidikan dan industri menuntut tersedianya bahan ajar yang dapat mendukung ketercapaian kompetensi mahasiswa secara optimal. Dalam konteks Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, salah satu inovasi yang dikembangkan adalah Jobsheet Ilmu Ukur Tanah I, yang dirancang agar dapat diakses secara digital melalui komputer atau smartphone guna mendukung pembelajaran mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Jobsheet Ilmu Ukur Tanah I dalam pembelajaran tatap muka dan mandiri, serta mengevaluasi ketercapaian kompetensi mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, melibatkan 72 mahasiswa dari dua kelas pada mata kuliah Ilmu Ukur Tanah I, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi kinerja lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan jobsheet ini mampu mendukung ketercapaian kompetensi mahasiswa, dengan rata-rata pencapaian sebesar 92% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dalam pembelajaran tatap muka, jobsheet membantu mahasiswa menjalani tahapan praktik secara lebih terstruktur. Sementara itu, dalam pembelajaran mandiri, jobsheet berperan sebagai panduan utama bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami langkah-langkah kerja. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran meliputi rendahnya motivasi belajar, terbatasnya waktu untuk refleksi pasca-penilaian, serta kurang optimalnya penerimaan umpan balik. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diterapkan berbagai strategi seperti refleksi pascapraktik, diskusi daring, sistem rotasi peran, serta penguatan peran jobsheet dalam proses belajar. *********** Developments in the fields of education and industry require the availability of teaching materials that can optimally support the achievement of student competencies. In the context of Building Engineering Education, one of the innovations developed is the Land Surveying I Jobsheet, which is designed to be accessible digitally via computers or smartphones to support independent learning. This study aims to describe the application of the Land Surveying I Jobsheet in both face-to-face and self-directed learning, as well as to evaluate students' competency achievement. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative method, involving 72 students from two classes in the Land Surveying I course, with data collection techniques through field performance observation. The results of the study indicate that the use of this jobsheet is able to support the achievement of student competencies, with an average achievement of 92%, which falls into the very good category. In face-to-face learning, the jobsheet helps students undergo the practical stages in a more structured manner. Meanwhile, in independent learning, the jobsheet serves as the main guide for students in understanding the work steps. Some challenges faced by students in the learning process include low motivation to learn, limited time for post-assessment reflection, and suboptimal feedback reception. To address these issues, various strategies were implemented, such as post-practical reflection, online discussions, role rotation systems, and strengthening the role of the jobsheet in the learning process.
