Abstract

Mata hooded merupakan bentuk mata yang kurang sempurna dimana kelopak mata bagian atas menutupi lipatan mata, sehingga lipatan alami menjadi kurang terlihat saat mata terbuka dan menyebabkan riasan mata kurang terlihat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil rias mata hooded antara yang menggunakan teknik jahit bulumata dan eyelid tape. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 10 mata hooded pada wanita yang berusia 15-35 tahun yang memiliki warna kulit kuning langsat. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji-t (independent sample test). Hasil uji normalitas pada kelompok jahit bulumata sebesar 0,829 > 0,05 yang artinya berdistribusi normal, sedangkan hasil uji normalitas pada eyelid tape sebesar 0,931 > 0,05 yang artinya berdistribusi normal. Pada hasil uji homogenitas memiliki nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari taraf 0,05 yang berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil uji hipotesis yang menggunakan uji t (independent sample test) menunjukkan P value 0,373 > 0,05, dan t hitung sebesar – 0,944 serta t tabel sebesar 8 yang mengatakan H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil rias mata hooded yang menggunakan teknik jahit bulumata dan penggunaan eyelid tape. Berdasarkan skor penilaian juri melalui indikator penilaian, penggunaan eyelid tape mendapatkan skor tertinggi yaitu 13,666 sedangkan teknik jahit bulumata sebesar 13,134. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk referensi bagi make up artist atau individu untuk mengetahui bentuk mata hooded antara yang menggunakan teknik jahit bulumata dan eyelid tape. Kata kunci: Mata Hooded, Teknik Jahit Bulumata, Eyelid Tape, Tata Rias Mata, Koreksi Bentuk Mata ***** Hooded eyes are an imperfect eye shape where the upper eyelid covers the eye crease, making the natural crease less visible when the eyes are open and causing eye makeup to be less visible. This study aims to determine the differences in hooded eye makeup results between those using the eyelash sewing technique and eyelid tape. This research method uses quantitative research with an experimental research type. The sample in this study were 10 hooded eyes in women aged 15-35 years who have yellow skin color. Data collection techniques used observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test (independent sample test). The results of the normality test in the eyelash sewing group were 0.829> 0.05 which means normal distribution, while the results of the normality test in the eyelid tape group were 0.931> 0.05 which means normal distribution. The results of the homogeneity test have a significance value greater than the 0.05 level which is normally and homogeneously distributed. The results of the hypothesis test using the t test (independent sample test) showed a P value of 0.373 > 0.05, and a calculated t of -0.944 and a t table of 8 which said H0 was accepted and Ha was rejected, which means there was no significant difference between the results of hooded eye makeup using the eyelash sewing technique and the use of eyelid tape. Based on the jury's assessment score through the assessment indicators, the use of eyelid tape got the highest score of 13.666 while the eyelash sewing technique was 13.134. The results of this study can be used as a reference for make-up artists or individuals to find out the shape of hooded eyes between those using the eyelash sewing technique and eyelid tape.
