Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, serta kompetensi profesional guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 144 siswa kelas X dan XI jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 106 siswa dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Fasilitas belajar juga secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Kompetensi profesional guru dan fasilitas belajar secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Besarnya pengaruh berdasarkan nilai adjusted R-square adalah 13,2%. ***** This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of teacher professional competence on student learning motivation, learning facilities on student learning motivation, as well as the combined effect of teacher professional competence and learning facilities on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta. The approach used is quantitative with correlational descriptive analysis. The population in this study consisted of 144 students from grades X and XI majoring in Office Management. The sample consisted of 106 students selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability test, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression test, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test using SPSS 26. The results showed that teacher professional competence has a direct positive and significant effect on learning motivation. Learning facilities also have a direct positive and significant effect on learning motivation. Teacher professional competence and learning facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. The amount of the influence based on the adjusted R-square value is 13.2%.
