Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan e-book fashion merchandise terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode eksperimen dengan jenis pre-eksperimen menggunakan desain intact group comparison melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan adalah total sampling, di mana seluruh mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Tata Busana semester 122 tahun ajaran 2024/2025 dijadikan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji independent sample t-test untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar antara dua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar antara kelompok mahasiswa yang menggunakan e-book dan yang tidak. Mahasiswa yang menggunakan media e-book memperoleh rata-rata nilai yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol, dengan selisih sebesar 14,44% pada aspek Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah dan 15,1% pada aspek kognitif level C1–C4. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa e-book dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan capaian akademik mahasiswa. Kata kunci: E-book, Fashion Merchandise, hasil belajar, media pembelajaran, pengaruh. ******** This study aims to determine the effect of using a fashion merchandise e-book on students’ learning outcomes. The research employed an experimental method with a pre-experimental design using an intact group comparison through a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling, in which all undergraduate students of the Fashion Education Program in the 122nd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year were selected as the sample. The instrument used was a learning outcome test. Data analysis was conducted using an independent sample t-test to examine the differences in learning outcomes between the two groups. The results showed a significant difference in learning outcomes between students who used the e-book and those who did not. Students who used the e-book achieved higher average scores than the control group, with a difference of 14.44% in Course Learning Outcomes and 15.1% in cognitive levels C1–C4. These findings demonstrate that the e-book can serve as an effective learning medium in enhancing students’ understanding and academic achievement.
