Abstract

*****ABSTRAK***** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program manajemen Persija Jakarta U-16 dalam mengikuti kompetisi Liga Elite Pro Academy (EPA) tahun 2024 dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan dan sekaligus melakukan analisa dan penilaian terhadap hasil pengelolaan program Manajemen Klub Persija Jakarta. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk menilai efektivitas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pencapaian program manajemen dalam aspek organisasi, administrasi, keuangan, dan sumber daya manusia. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa secara konteks, program telah dirancang dan dijalankan sesuai regulasi yang berlaku, namun pemahaman terhadap regulasi masih perlu ditingkatkan melalui edukasi yang lebih menyeluruh. Dari aspek input, mekanisme perekrutan SDM perlu dievaluasi agar lebih menekankan pada mutu dan jangkauan nasional, termasuk perhatian terhadap pembiayaan bagi pemain berbakat dari kalangan menengah ke bawah. Aspek proses menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan telah berjalan sistematis dengan pendekatan metodologi progresif, namun perlu penguatan pada aspek psikologis pemain untuk menjaga performa dalam kompetisi. Sedangkan dari aspek produk, program dinilai berhasil mencetak pemain berkualitas yang mampu menembus tim utama dan Tim Nasional Indonesia U-16, serta memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi pengembangan sepak bola usia muda di Indonesia. / *****ABSTRACT****** This study aims to evaluate the management program of Persija Jakarta U-16 in the 2024 Elite Pro Academy (EPA) League using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). This research employs a qualitative approach, intended to describe, analyze, and assess the outcomes of the management program implemented by Persija Jakarta U-16. The evaluation focuses on the effectiveness of planning, implementation, and achievement of program objectives in terms of organization, administration, finance, and human resources. The findings indicate that, in the context aspect, the program was designed and implemented in accordance with applicable regulations; however, comprehension of these regulations still requires improvement through more comprehensive education. In the input aspect, the recruitment mechanism of human resources needs to be evaluated to prioritize quality and nationwide reach, including financial support for talented players from lower-income families. The process aspect shows that the training program is systematic and based on a progressive methodology, although the psychological aspects of players need to be strengthened to maintain performance during competition. In the product aspect, the program has successfully produced high-quality players who advanced to the senior team and the Indonesia U-16 National Team, making a significant contribution to the development of youth football in Indonesia.
