Abstract

Perilaku berbagi pengetahuan (Knowledge Sharing Behavior) di lingkungan sekolah sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan kepercayaan terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan pada guru SMK Negeri di Kelurahan Bambu Apus, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 126 guru dari tiga SMK Negeri di wilayah tersebut. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan Smart PLS untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan. Namun, ditemukan adanya ketidakpercayaan di antara guru terkait kerahasiaan informasi dan kurangnya inovasi dari kepemimpinan dalam metode pengajaran. Temuan ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan kepercayaan di lingkungan sekolah guna mendukung terciptanya budaya berbagi pengetahuan yang lebih baik. ***** Knowledge Sharing Behavior in schools is very important for improving the quality of learning and teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational climate, leadership, and trust on Knowledge Sharing Behavior among vocational school teachers in Bambu Apus, East Jakarta. This study employs a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 126 teachers from three state vocational high schools in the area. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods with Smart PLS to determine the relationships among the variables. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that organizational climate, leadership, and trust significantly influence knowledge sharing behavior. However, a lack of trust among teachers regarding the confidentiality of information and a lack of innovation in teaching methods from leadership were identified. These findings recommend the need to improve communication, collaboration, and trust within the school environment to support the creation of a better knowledge-sharing culture.
