Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya hambatan dalam proses penerimaan barang di gudang PT Linfox Logistics Indonesia. Latar belakang permasalahan ini muncul karena adanya ketidaksesuaian antara dokumen dan barang fisik, keterlambatan kedatangan barang dari pemasok, serta keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan sarana kerja di lapangan. Hambatan-hambatan ini berdampak pada menurunnya efisiensi operasional dan potensi keterlambatan distribusi barang ke pelanggan akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, agar dapat memperoleh pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap kondisi aktual di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur kepada pihak manajemen gudang dan staf operasional, observasi langsung terhadap proses penerimaan barang, serta telaah dokumentasi terkait alur kerja dan sistem pencatatan gudang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan fishbone diagram berdasarkan 6M (Man, Method, Machine, Material, Measurement, dan Environment). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan utama terletak pada belum terintegrasinya sistem pencatatan digital (Machine), keterbatasan alat bantu kerja dan tenaga kerja yang belum terlatih secara optimal (Man), serta sering terjadinya ketidaksesuaian antara dokumen dan barang fisik (Material). Selain itu, prosedur standar yang belum berjalan konsisten (Method) turut memperparah hambatan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa upaya perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan mencakup penguatan SOP, integrasi sistem informasi secara menyeluruh, serta peningkatan kompetensi SDM melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses penerimaan barang dan mendukung kelancaran rantai pasok perusahaan secara keseluruhan. The background of this problem arises due to discrepancies between documents and physical goods, delays in goods arrival from suppliers, as well as limitations in human resources and working equipment on site. These obstacles negatively impact operational efficiency and can potentially delay the distribution of goods to end customers. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the actual conditions in the field. Data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews with warehouse management and operational staff, direct observation of the goods receiving process, and document analysis related to warehouse workflows and recording systems. Data analysis is conducted using a fishbone diagram approach based on the 6Ms: Man, Method, Machine, Material, Measurement, and Environment. The results of the study indicate that the main obstacles lie in the lack of integration in the digital recording system (Machine), limited work tools and inadequately trained personnel (Man), and frequent mismatches between documents and physical goods (Material). Additionally, the inconsistency in the implementation of standard procedures (Method) further aggravates the obstacles. This study concludes that improvement efforts can include strengthening standard operating procedures (SOP), fully integrating information systems, and enhancing human resource competence through continuous training. These recommendations are expected to improve the efficiency of the goods receiving process and support the smooth operation of the company's supply chain.
