Abstract
Penelitian ini mengembangkan E-Modul untuk materi manajemn perawatan gedung dan pemeliharaan komponen arsitektural dan struktural gedung di lingkungan Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D), dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan four-D (4D) yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu define, design, development, dan dissemination. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi perawatan gedung mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 77,33 masuk ke dalam kategori “Layak”, lalu hasil skor validitasnya sebesar 0,72 masuk ke dalam kategori “Valid”. Hasil validasi dari ahli media mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 87,50 masuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”, lalu hasil skor validitasnya sebesar 0,97 masuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Valid”. Hasil validasi dari ahli bahasa mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 88.00 masuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”, lalu hasil skor validitasnya sebesar 0,97 masuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Valid”. Selain itu, didapatkan skor rata-rata pre-test sebesar 68 poin dan post-test sebesar 82 poin. Uji N-Gain yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil sebesar 0,43 di mana skor tersebut termasuk ke dalam kategori “Efektif”. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan hasil uji N-Gain di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-Modul Perawatan Gedung ini sangat layak dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mata kuliah perawatan gedung. ***** The reasearch aim to developed an E-Module for the subject of building maintenance management and the maintenance of architectural and structural components within the Building Engineering Education Study Major, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The method used was Research and Development (R&D), adopting the Four-D (4D) development model, which consists of four stages define, design, development, and dissemination. The validation results from building maintenance expert’s yielded an average score of 77.33 classified as “Feasible, with a validity score of 0,72 which categorized as 'Valid'. The media expert’s validation yielded an average score of 87.50 classified as 'Highly Feasible', with a validity score of 0,97 which categorized as 'Highly Valid'. The language expert’s validation yielded an average score of 88.00 also classified as 'Highly Feasible', with a validity score of 0,97 which categorized as 'Highly Valid'. In addition, the average pre-test score was 68 points, while the post-test score was 82 points. The N-Gain test results showed a score of 0,43 classified as "Effective" category. Based on the expert validation results and the N-Gain test, it can be concluded that this Building Maintenance E-Module is highly feasible and effective for use in learning activities for the building maintenance course.
