Abstract
Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak model experiential learning terhadap kemampuan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik peserta didik SMK dalam kelas industri pada mata pelajaran produktif. Studi ini melibatkan 69 peserta didik kelas XI Teknik Konstruksi Perumahan di SMK Negeri 4 Jakarta, terbagi dalam kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan experiential learning dan kelas kontrol dengan model konvensional. Menggunakan desain Quasi Experimental dengan Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, data dikumpulkan melalui tes kognitif (pre-test dan post-test), observasi afektif, serta penilaian psikomotorik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential learning berdampak positif signifikan pada seluruh aspek. Rata-rata skor kognitif peserta didik eksperimen meningkat dari 59,4 menjadi 82,4, lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol (49,4 ke 70,8). Secara afektif, kelas eksperimen memperoleh skor 88,45 (Baik), sedangkan kelas kontrol 75,70 (Cukup). Dari aspek psikomotorik, peserta didik eksperimen mencapai 84,2 (Baik), lebih unggul dari kelas kontrol (79,6). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa experiential learning meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan, serta kesiapan peserta didik menghadapi dunia kerja. Dengan menghubungkan teori dan praktik, model ini relevan dengan tuntutan industri dan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Oleh karena itu, disarankan penerapannya diperluas guna meningkatkan daya saing lulusan SMK. Kata Kunci: Experiential learning, Kemampuan Kognitif, Afektif, Psikomotorik, SMK, Kelas Industri, Pembelajaran Produktif. ***** This study evaluates the impact of the experiential learning model on the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills of vocational high school students in an industrial classroom setting for productive subjects. The research involved 69 eleventh-grade students from the Housing Construction Engineering program at SMK Negeri 4 Jakarta, divided into an experimental class implementing experiential learning and a control class using conventional teaching methods. Using a Quasi-Experimental Design with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, data were collected through cognitive tests (pre-test and post-test), affective observations, and psychomotor assessments. The findings indicate that experiential learning has a significant positive impact on all measured aspects. The average cognitive score in the experimental class increased from 59.4 to 82.4, outperforming the control class, which improved from 49.4 to 70.8. In the affective aspect, the experimental class achieved a score of 88.45 (Good), compared to 75.70 (Fair) in the control class. Regarding psychomotor skills, the experimental group scored 84.2 (Good), higher than the control group's 79.6 (Fair). These results emphasize that experiential learning enhances students' comprehension, skills, and readiness for the workforce. By integrating theory with practice, this model aligns with industrial demands and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
