Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan sikap kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa melalui variabel mediasi yakni efikasi diri. Objek penelitian adalah siswa SMK Tirta Sari Surya dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 215 siswa. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap efikasi diri dan minat berwirausaha. Sikap kewirausahaan terbukti berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap efikasi diri dan minat berwirausaha. Efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dapat memediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan sikap kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa minat siswa dalam berwirausaha tidak hanya ditentukan oleh pembelajaran di sekolah dan sikap pribadi, tetapi juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh sejauh mana mereka yakin terhadap kemampuan dirinya sendiri. Kata Kunci: pendidikan kewirausahaan, sikap kewirausahaan, efikasi diri, minat berwirausaha, siswa smk ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial attitudes on students' interest in entrepreneurship through the mediating variable of self-efficacy. The research subjects were 215 students at SMK Tirta Sari Surya. The research approach used was quantitative, with data analysis techniques employing Partial Least Squares (PLS) through the SmartPLS software version 4. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurship education has a direct influence on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurial attitudes were found to have a direct influence on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial interest. Self-efficacy has a significant direct influence on interest in entrepreneurship. The mediation test results show that self-efficacy can mediate the influence of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial attitude on interest in entrepreneurship. These findings indicate that students' interest in entrepreneurship is not only determined by school learning and personal attitudes but is also greatly influenced by how confident they are in their own abilities.
