Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul pembelajaran Tata Rias Wajah Pagi dan Malam sebagai sumber belajar tambahan pada mata kuliah Tata Rias Wajah di Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Rias Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). E-modul dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Canva dengan tampilan interaktif berupa teks, gambar, dan navigasi sederhana yang dapat diakses melalui perangkat digital. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data validasi dari ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, serta penilaian praktikalitas dari mahasiswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa e-modul dinilai layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, dengan penilaian “sangat layak” dari seluruh ahli. Selain itu, uji praktikalitas kepada mahasiswa menghasilkan penilaian positif terhadap kemudahan penggunaan, daya tarik visual, serta manfaatan materi dalam menunjang pemahaman tata rias wajah pagi dan malam. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-modul dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran yang efektif, efisien, dan menarik dalam pembelajaran daring maupun luring, serta mampu meningkatkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Produk akhir diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan secara luas dalam pembelajaran vokasional di bidang tata rias. Kata Kunci: E-modul, Tata Rias Wajah, Pembelajaran, R&D, 4D ******* This study aims to develop an e-module for Morning and Evening makeup as a supplementary learning resource for the Facial Makeup course in the Cosmetology Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The e-module was designed using Canva, featuring an interactive layout that includes text, images, and simple navigation, accessible through digital devices. The research instrument involved questionnaires to gather validation data from subject matter experts, media experts, and language experts, as well as practicality assessments from students. Validation results indicated that the e-module was considered highly feasible for use as a learning medium, receiving a "very feasible" rating from all experts. In addition, the practicality test conducted with students yielded positive feedback regarding ease of use, visual appeal, and the usefulness of the material in supporting their understanding of morning and evening facial makeup techniques. This study concludes that the e-module can serve as an effective, efficient, and engaging alternative learning medium for both online and offline learning environments, and can enhance students’ learning independence. The final product is expected to be widely implemented in vocational education, particularly in the field of cosmetology. Keywords: E-module, Facial Makeup, Learning, R&D, 4D
