Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila berbasis kognitif moral untuk meningkatkan sikap toleransi sosial siswa kelas V sekolah dasar dengan berbantuan media konvensional papan Garudaku. Model pembelajaran dikembangkan dengan menggabungkan pendekatan Borg and Gall, Dick and Carey, serta Rowntree, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, dan evaluasi. Produk yang dihasilkan meliputi model pembelajaran konseptual, prosedural, dan fisikal, termasuk media Papan Garudaku. Model pembelajaran ini menghasilkan sintak yaitu Identify Moral Issue, Perspective Exploration, Cognitive Analysis Moral Decision Making dan Reflection and Evaluation. Hasil evaluasi formatif menunjukkan kelayakan produk dengan penilaian rata-rata dari ahli design instruksional model pembelajaran ini telah divalidasi sebagai alat pembelajaran yang sangat layak digunakan dengan nilai 95%, ahli materi sebesar 86,5%, ahli media 97,5%, ahli bahasa 97,5%, dan ahli psikometri untuk aspek kognitif (83,13%), moral (80%), serta toleransi sosial (87%). Uji coba perorangan (one-to-one) memperoleh skor rata-rata 92%, uji kelompok kecil (small group) 90,44%, dan uji lapangan (field test) 86%. Analisis efektivitas model menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test (t = 17,163 > t-tabel 1,701) dengan signifikansi < 0,05, serta peningkatan N-Gain sebesar 0,81 (81%). Hasil penilaian sikap toleransi sosial menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata 80,1%. Aspek afektif dan sosial mencapai skor sempurna (5,0), mengindikasikan kesiapan siswa menerima perbedaan dan berinteraksi dengan berbagai keragaman. Dimensi kognitif (4,3) dan moral-etis (3,7). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis kognitif moral sangat layak dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta sikap toleransi sosial siswa. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran kognitif moral, Pendidikan Pancasila, Sikap Toleransi Sosial ***** ABSTRACT This study aims to develop a Pancasila Education learning model based on moral cognition to enhance the social tolerance attitudes of fifth-grade elementary school students, using a conventional board game called Papan Garudaku as a learning medium. The model was developed by integrating the Borg and Gall, Dick and Carey, and Rowntree approaches, covering stages of needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation. The final product includes conceptual, procedural, and physical learning models, along with the Papan Garudaku media. The learning model features a structured syntax: Identify Moral Issue, Perspective Exploration, Cognitive Analysis, Moral Decision Making, and Reflection and Evaluation. Formative evaluations confirmed the model's feasibility, with expert validation scores averaging 95% for instructional design, 86.5% for content, 97.5% for media, 97.5% for language, and 83.13% (cognitive), 80% (moral), and 87% (social tolerance) for psychometric aspects. Small-scale trials yielded high scores: one-to-one (92%), small group (90.44%), and field test (86%). Effectiveness analysis using a t-test showed significant improvement between pre-test and post-test scores (t = 17.163 > t-table 1.701, p < 0.05), with an N-Gain score of 0.81 (81%). Social tolerance assessments demonstrated strong acceptance (average 80.1%), with perfect scores in affective (5.0) and social (5.0) dimensions, indicating students' readiness to embrace diversity. Cognitive (4.3) and moral-ethical (3.7) dimensions also showed positive results. These findings confirm that the moral cognition-based learning model is highly feasible and effective in improving students' knowledge, skills, and social tolerance attitudes.
