Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana implementasi dan dampak program Bimbingan Belajar di Yayasan Kuncup Mekar Wangi, Jakarta Timur. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan tujuh (7) informan yang terdiri dari Ketua Yayasan, Tiga Pengajar, dan Tiga Peserta Didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi Goal Free dari M.Scriven. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dampak positif dan negatif yang muncul dari pelaksanaan program bimbingan belajar yaitu pada dampak positif Adanya materi pengajaran satu langkah lebih maju, dukungan dari pengajaran dan suasana belajar yang positif, dan penekanan pada tsaqofah Islamiyah dan nilai-nilai moral tidak hanya membantu peserta didik dalam aspek akademis, tetapi juga membentuk mereka menjadi individu yang lebih baik secara etika dan berakhlaqul karimah.Adapun dampak negatif yang muncul dari permasalahan pada pelaksanaan program bimbingan belajar yaitu rendahnya kehadiran peserta didik dalam program bimbingan belajar yang berdampak peserta didik kehilangan kesempatan berinteraksi dan mengakibatkan ketidakmampuan memahami materi, waktu pembelajaran yang singkat menyulitkan siswa memahami konsep kompleks, dan perbedaan tingkat kemampuan di antara peserta menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian metode pengajaran. **** This study aims to explain and describe the implementation and impact of the Tutoring program at the Kuncup Mekar Wangi Foundation, East Jakarta. The approach used in this study is qualitative with interview, observation, and documentation methods involving seven (7) informants consisting of the Head of the Foundation, Three Teachers, and Three Students. This study uses the Goal Free evaluation model from M. Scriven. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that there are positive and negative impacts that arise from the implementation of the tutoring program, namely the positive impact of the existence of teaching materials one step ahead, support from teaching and a positive learning atmosphere, and an emphasis on Islamic tsaqofah and moral values not only help students in academic aspects, but also shape them into individuals who are better ethically and have good morals. The negative impacts that arise from problems in the implementation of the tutoring program are the low attendance of students in the tutoring program which results in students losing the opportunity to interact and resulting in an inability to understand the material, short learning time makes it difficult for students to understand complex concepts, and differences in ability levels between participants cause incompatibility of teaching methods.
