Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 menuntut guru memiliki kompetensi Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) yang mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi secara efektif dalam pembelajaran. Namun, penguasaan TPACK guru di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, baik dari aspek personal maupun institusional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ICT Self-efficacy dan budaya sekolah terhadap kompetensi TPACK guru, serta menguji peran mediasi ICT Self-efficacy dalam hubungan antara budaya sekolah dan TPACK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dan teknik analisis Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru di MA Persis Tarogong, Garut, yang berjumlah 58 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berbasis skala Likert untuk mengukur tiga variabel utama: budaya sekolah, ICT Self-efficacy, dan TPACK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap TPACK guru. Selain itu, budaya sekolah juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ICT Self-efficacy, yang pada gilirannya memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi TPACK. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa ICT Self-efficacy memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara budaya sekolah dan TPACK. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini mencakup pentingnya penguatan budaya sekolah yang kolaboratif dan inovatif, serta pengembangan program pelatihan yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan ICT Self-efficacy guru. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar bagi kebijakan peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang adaptif terhadap tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21. ***** The transformation of education in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution and Society 5.0 requires teachers to possess Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) competencies that enable them to effectively integrate technology into teaching. However, teachers' mastery of TPACK in Indonesia still faces various challenges, both from personal and institutional aspects. This study aims to analyze the influence of ICT self-efficacy and school culture on teachers' TPACK competencies, as well as to test the mediating role of ICT self-efficacy in the relationship between school culture and TPACK. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method and Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The study population consists of all teachers at MA Persis Tarogong, Garut, totaling 58 individuals. Data collection instruments utilize a Likert-scale questionnaire to measure three main variables: school culture, ICT Self-efficacy, and TPACK. The results of the study indicate that school culture has a positive and significant effect on teachers' TPACK. Additionally, school culture also has a significant effect on ICT Self-efficacy, which in turn positively influences TPACK competencies. The analysis also shows that ICT Self-efficacy significantly mediates the relationship between school culture and TPACK. Recommendations from this study include the importance of strengthening a collaborative and innovative school culture, as well as developing continuous training programs to improve teachers' ICT self-efficacy. These findings are expected to form the basis for policies to enhance teachers' professional competencies in technology-based learning and support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which is adaptive to the challenges of 21st-century education.
