Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Fasilitas Belajar dan Tata Ruang Kelas terhadap Motivasi Belajar pada Siswa Jurusan Manajemn Perkantoran Layanan Bisnis SMK Negeri 3 Depok. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 289 Siswa Jurusan Manajemn Perkantoran Layanan Bisnis SMK Negeri 3 Depok. Teknik dalam penentuan sample pada penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling sehingga sample pada penelitian ini berjumlah 168 siswa/i. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisisoner dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan Software SPSS 29. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Fasilitas Belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar, Tata Ruang Kelas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar, dan Fasilitas Belajar dan Tata Ruang Kelas tberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar pada Siswa Jurusan Manajemn Perkantoran Layanan Bisnis SMK Negeri 3 Depok. Kata Kunci: Fasilitas Belajar, Tata Ruang Kelas, Motivasi Belajar. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and classroom layout on learning motivation in students of the Business Services Office Management Department of SMK Negeri 3 Depok. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 289 students of the Business Services Office Management Department of SMK Negeri 3 Depok. The technique in determining the sample in this study used simple random sampling so that the sample in this study amounted to 168 students. The results in this study indicate that Learning Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Learning Motivation, Classroom Layout has a positive and significant effect on Learning Motivation, and Learning Facilities and Classroom Layout have a positive and significant effect on Learning Motivation in Business Services Office Management Department Students of SMK Negeri 3 Depok.
