Abstract

Di era globalisasi dan modernisasi, pendidikan memiliki peranan penting dalam membentuk karakter individu dan membangun bangsa yang maju. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan keterbatasan, seperti kurangnya media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Modul Tata Rias Editorial pada Mata Kuliah Praktikum Tata Rias Wajah Kreatif dan Inovatif, yang dapat diakses secara fleksibel oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Kosmetika dan Perawatan Kecantikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) dengan bantuan aplikasi Canva sebagai media pengembangan. E-Modul yang dikembangkan kemudian divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan media, serta diuji praktikalitasnya oleh mahasiswa melalui tahapan one to one dan small group. Hasil validasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, yaitu dari 67% pada tahap awal menjadi 86% pada tahap kedua oleh ahli materi, dan 90% oleh ahli media. Sementara itu, hasil uji praktikalitas memperoleh skor 84,6% pada uji one to one dan 89,8% pada small group. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul yang dikembangkan sangat layak dan praktis digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif bagi mahasiswa, dosen, dan program studi dalam memperkaya sumber berbasis digital / In this era of globalization and modernization, education plays a crucial role in shaping individual character and contributing to national development. However, educational practices still face several limitations, including a lack of innovative learning media and underutilization of digital technology. This study aims to develop an Editorial Make-Up E-Module for the course "Creative and Innovative Facial Make-Up Practice" in the Department of Cosmetology and Beauty Care at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The research employed the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), utilizing the Canva application as a supporting tool for creating the E-Module. The module was validated by subject matter experts and media experts, followed by a practicality test conducted with students through one-to one and small group trials. Validation results showed a significant improvement, from 67% in the initial stage to 86% in the second stage by content experts, and 90% by media experts. The practicality test results showed scores of 84.6% in the one-to-one trial and 89.8% in the small group trial. These findings indicate that the developed E-Module is highly feasible and practical for use as an alternative digital learning medium. This research offers significant benefits for students, lecturers, and academic programs by enriching learning resources and improving the effectiveness of digital-based education in creative beauty practices.
