Abstract

Dalam era digital ini, peningkatan kompetensi guru terutama kompetensi pedagogik merupakan salah satu kebutuhan yang mendesak untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Teknologi pendidikan mempunyai peran penting dalam memfasilitasi kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pendekatan yang fleksibel seperti pelaksanaan e-mentoring. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menemukan cara ilmiah dalam meningkatakan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui penggunaan model e-mentoring DARP (Diskusi – Arsip – Refleksi – Persiapan) dan mengetahui bagaimana kebermanfaatan e-mentoring tersebut dalam meningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan model Kemmis & McTaggart, dan dilaksanakan selama 2 siklus. Ditemukan bahwa setiap tahapan dalam model e-mentoring DARP berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Melalui penerapan model ini, mentee terdorong menjadi lebih reflektif, adaptif, dan inovatif dalam mengelola perilaku peserta didik yang sulit, mengelola kelas, memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), serta memberikan umpan balik kepada peserta didik terhadap pembelajarannya. Maka dari itu, e-mentoring model DARP terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan menjadi model mentoring yang relevan di era pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. ***** In this digital era, improving teacher competence, especially pedagogical competence, is one of the urgent needs to improve the quality of education in elementary schools. Educational technology plays an important role in facilitating the need to improve teacher competence through a flexible approach such as implementing e-mentoring. This study aims to find a scientific way to improve teacher pedagogical competence through the use of the DARP e-mentoring model (Discussion - Archive - Reflection - Preparation) and to find out how useful e-mentoring is in improving teacher pedagogical competence. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of research, namely the Kemmis & McTaggart action research model, and is carried out for 2 cycles. It was found that each stage in the DARP e-mentoring model has an effect on improving teacher pedagogical competence. Through the application of this model, mentees are encouraged to be more reflective, adaptive, and innovative in managing difficult student behavior, managing classes, utilizing information and communication technology (ICT), and providing feedback to students on their learning. Therefore, the DARP e-mentoring model has proven effective in improving teachers' pedagogical competence and is a relevant mentoring model in the era of technology-based learning.
