Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif nonmoneter terhadap disiplin kerja guru SMP Swasta Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Jakarta Timur. Terdapat 2 variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini yaitu insnetif nonmoneter sebagai variabel independent (X) dan disiplin kerja guru sebagai variabel dependent (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan populasi pada penelitian ini ialah para guru SMP Swasta tetap yayasan Se- Kecamatan Pulo Gadung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik total sampling dengan total sampel sebesar 125 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Teknik penyebaran kuesioner penelitian dengan menggunakan skala likert. Dalam melakukan analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan ialah uji analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan hasil persamaan regresi Ŷ = 46.231 + 0.655X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,8%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 11,277 > ttabel sebesar 1,657 dengan nilai signifikansi didapatkan hasil yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat pengaruh signifikan insnetif nonmoneter terhadap disiplin kerja guru dalam SMP Swasta Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Jakarta Timur. ***** This research aims to determine the effect of non-monetary incentives on the work discipline of private junior high school teachers in Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta. There are 2 variables studied in this study, namely non-monetary incentives as the independent variable (X) and teacher work discipline as the dependent variable (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and the population in this study are permanent private junior high school teachers in the Pulo Gadung District. Sampling was carried out using the total sampling technique with a total sample of 125 teachers. Data collection was carried out using the research questionnaire distribution technique using a Likert scale. In conducting data analysis to test the hypothesis in this study, the technique used was a simple linear regression analysis test with the results of the regression equation Ŷ = 46,231 + 0.655X and the determination coefficient of 50.8%. From the results of the hypothesis test, the t-count value is 11.277> ttable of 1.657 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the results of this study are that there is a significant influence of non monetary incentives on teacher work discipline in Private Junior High Schools in Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta.
