Abstract

Penelitian skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program tahfidz Al-Qur'an sebagai strategi peningkatan hafalan peserta didik SMPIT Ummu'l Quro Depok. Pendekatan dalam penelitian skripsi ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam skripsi ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung, wawancara dengan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, pembina, dan guru tahfidz, serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam mencapai tujuan dan target hafalan, SMPIT Ummu'l Quro menerapkan program tahfidz dengan berbagai strategi seperti membentuk struktur keanggotaan yang bernamakan "Tim Muayasah", kemudian mereka mengembangkan program tahfidz dengan membentuk pola pembagian kelas, memilih pendekatan 5M, dan menetapkan sintaks kegiatan yang bernama "program sekolah Al-Qur'an". Persentase keberhasilan pada kelas 9 selaku angkatan kedua hanya mencapai 12%, kelas 8 selaku angkatan ketiga menunjukkan sedikit peningkatan dengan 20%, dan kelas 7 mencapai 85%. Sementara itu, peserta didik reguler belum ada yang mencapai target. Secara kualitas, seluruh peserta didik memenuhi standar minimal jayyid. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program tahfidz Al-Qur'an SMPIT Ummu'l Quro Depok dalam segi kualitas telah berhasil mencapai target, tetapi dalam segi kuantitas masih tergolong berhasil secara bertahap. Faktor pendukung program tahfidz meliputi kerja sama antar guru tahfidz, kemudahan administrasi, keterlibatan orang tua, dan budaya sekolah yang mendukung. Sementara itu, faktor penghambatnya meliputi rendahnya motivasi peserta didik, banyaknya tugas guru tahfidz, belum konsistennya pelaksanaan beberapa kegiatan, pemetaan kemampuan yang tidak selalu akurat, serta tidak adanya ketegasan bagi peserta didik yang belum mencapai target. ***** This research aims to analyze the Al-Qur'an memorization program as a strategy to improve students' memorization at SMPIT Ummu'l Quro Depok. The approach in this research is qualitative with a descriptive research design. This research method uses a case study method. Data collection techniques in this are conducted by conducting direct observation, interviews with the vice principal for curriculum, mentors, and tahfidz teachers, and documentation. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data presentation, and end with conclusions and verification. The results of this study show that in achieving memorization goals and targets, SMPIT Ummu'l Quro implemented a tahfidz program with various strategies, including forming a membership structure called the "Muayasah Team", then developing a tahfidz program by forming a class division pattern, choosing the 5M approach, and implementing an activity syntax called the "Al-Qur'an school program". The percentage of success in grade 9, as the second batch, only reached 12%. Grade 8, as the third batch, showed a slight increase of 20%, and grade 7, as the fourth batch reached 85%. Meanwhile, regular students have not yet reached their targets. In terms of quality, all students met the minimum standard of Jayyid. Thus, it can be concluded that the Quran memorization program at Ummu'l Quro Islamic Junior High School in Depok has successfully achieved its target in terms of quality, but in terms of quantity, it is still considered a gradual success. Supporting factors for the tahfidz program include collaboration between tahfidz teachers, ease of administration, parental involvement, and a supportive school culture. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include low student motivation, the large number of tahfidz teachers' assignments, inconsistent implementation of some activities, inaccurate ability mapping, and a lack of firmness for students who have not yet achieved their targets.
