Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Percontohan Bendungan Hilir 12 PG Jakarta Pusat, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui capaian Rapor Pendidikan sebagai dasar Perencanaan Berbasis Data, tahapan implementasi Perencanaan Berbasis Data, dan strategi sekolah untuk optimalisasi implementasi Perencanaan Berbasis Data di SD Negeri Percontohan Bendungan Hilir 12 PG Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 4 (empat) orang, yaitu kepala sekolah, 2 (dua) orang guru, dan perwakilan tim pengembang sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Perencanaan Berbasis Data di SD Negeri Percontohan Bendungan Hilir 12 PG Jakarta Pusat meliputi: 1) Rapor Pendidikan telah dimanfaatkan secara optimal yang dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya capaian Rapor Pendidikan hingga mencapai kategori hijau untuk semua indikatornya, 2) Implementasi Perencanaan Berbasis Data dilakukan secara sistematis melalui tiga tahapan utama berdasarkan pedoman dari Dinas Pendidikan, yaitu Identifikasi, Refleksi, dan Benahi (IRB), dan 3) Strategi sekolah untuk optimalisasi implementasi Perencanaan Berbasis Data dilakukan secara kolaboratif melalui forum “Jumat Berbagi”, komunitas belajar, dan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di kelas. ***** This research was carried out at SD Negeri Percontohan Bendungan Hilir 12 PG Jakarta Pusat, aiming to determine the achievements of the Education Report as the basis for Data-Based Planning, the stages of Data-Based Planning implementation, and the school's strategies for optimizing the implementation of Data-Based Planning at SD Negeri Percontohan Bendungan Hilir 12 PG Jakarta Pusat. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects amounted to 4 (four) individuals, namely the principal, 2 (two) teachers, and a representative from the school development team. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and document studies. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Data-Based Planning at SD Negeri Percontohan Bendungan Hilir 12 PG Jakarta Pusat includes: 1) The Education Report has been optimally utilized, as evidenced by the increased achievement of the Education Report reaching the green category for all its indicators, 2) The implementation of Data-Based Planning has been carried out systematically through three main stages based on the guidelines from the Education Office, namely Identification, Reflection, and Improvement (IRB), and 3) The school's strategy for optimizing the implementation of Data-Based Planning has been conducted collaboratively through the "Friday Sharing" forum, learning communities, and differentiated learning in the classroom.
