Abstract

Penelitian ini berutujuan membuat bahan ajar berbasis E-Learning yang bisa meningkatkan kemampuan untuk dapat memahami pembelajaran mata kuliah strategi dan media pembelajaran, terutama di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Negeri jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan atau research and development (R&D). Model yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4D milik Thiagarajan (1974) yang terdiri dari 4 tahap pengembangan, yaitu: (1) Pendefinisian (Define), (2) Perancangan (Design), (3) Pengembangan (Develop), (4) Penyebaran (Disseminate). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan daftar checklist sebagai alat penilaian kelayakan produk, yang akan di isi oleh masing-masing ahli terdiri dari 2 ahli bahasa, 2 ahli media, dan 2 ahli materi. Hasil validasi isi instrumen dianalisis menggunakan rumus Aiken’V untuk menilai validitas instrumen, sedangkan hasil validasi kelayakan produk dianalisis menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar pengembangan konten berbasis e-learning telah dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai mata kuliah strategi dan media pembelajaran Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Negerti Jakarta. Berdasarkan penilaian kelayakan produk, didapatkan presentase penliaian dari ahli bahasa sebesar 93% dengan kategori penilaian sangat layak, dari ahli materi sebesar 86% dengan kategori penilaian sangat layak, dan terakhir ahli media sebesar 77% dengan kategori penilaian layak dan berdasarkan survei kepuasaan pengguna sebesar 86% dengan kategori sangat baik/puas. Dengan demikian, pengembangan konten e-learning ini dapat digunakan dalam mata kuliah strategi dan media pembelajaran di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. ***** This research aims to create e-learning-based teaching materials that can enhance students’ ability to understand the course Learning Strategies and Media, especially in the Building Engineering Education Study Program at Jakarta State University.. The method used is research and development (R&D). The development model applied is the 4D model by Thiagarajan (1974), which consists of four stages of development: (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, and (4) Disseminate. Data collection techniques were carried out using a checklist as the product feasibility assessment tool, which was filled out by experts—consisting of two language experts, two media experts, and two subject matter experts. The content validation results of the instruments were analyzed using Aiken’s V formula to measure instrument validity, while the product feasibility results were analyzed using a Likert scale. The results showed that the developed e-learning-based content teaching materials have been successfully designed to improve students’ understanding of the course Learning Strategies and Media in the Building Engineering Education program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Based on the product feasibility assessments, the language experts gave a score of 93%, categorized as "highly feasible"; the subject matter experts gave a score of 86%, also categorized as "highly feasible"; and the media experts gave a score of 77%, categorized as "feasible". Additionally, a user satisfaction survey resulted in a score of 86%, categorized as "very good/satisfactory". Thus, this e-learning content development can be used in the Learning Strategies and Media course in the Building Engineering Education Study Program at Jakarta State University.
