Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program kelas wirausaha di SMA Islam PB Soedirman 1 Bekasi, dengan fokus pada proses pembelajaran, pengembangan program untuk menumbuhkan minat wirausaha siswa, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembelajaran dalam program tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah, kepala program wirausaha, dan siswa dari berbagai jenjang kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran pada program kelas wirausaha dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui kombinasi teori dan praktik. Program ini mendorong siswa untuk aktif merancang dan menjalankan kegiatan usaha nyata sebagai bentuk pembelajaran kontekstual. Pengembangan program dilakukan melalui pelatihan, kunjungan industri, mentoring, dan proyek bisnis yang bertujuan untuk membangun motivasi dan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa. Adapun faktor pendukung pelaksanaan program meliputi dukungan penuh dari sekolah, keterlibatan guru dan orang tua, serta tersedianya fasilitas dasar. Sementara itu, tantangan yang dihadapi mencakup keterbatasan pengalaman siswa, manajemen waktu, kerja sama tim, dan keterbatasan sarana. Program kelas wirausaha ini dinilai mampu meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan, kreativitas, dan rasa tanggung jawab siswa, serta menjadi langkah strategis sekolah dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era industri 4.0. ***** This study aims to describe the implementation of the entrepreneurship class program at SMA Islam PB Soedirman 1 Bekasi, focusing on the learning process, program development to foster students’ entrepreneurial interest, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the program’s learning process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Informants include the principal, entrepreneurship program coordinator, and students from various grade levels. The findings show that the learning process in the entrepreneurship class program is carried out systematically through a combination of theory and practical activities. The program encourages students to actively design and run real business activities as a form of contextual learning. Program development is supported by training, industrial visits, mentoring, and business projects aimed at building motivation and entrepreneurial spirit among students. Supporting factors include strong support from the school, involvement of teachers and parents, and the availability of basic facilities. Meanwhile, challenges include students’ limited experience, time management, team collaboration issues, and lack of resources. The entrepreneurship class program is considered effective in enhancing students' entrepreneurial skills, creativity, and sense of responsibility, making it a strategic step in facing the challenges of education in the Industrial 4.0 era.
