Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan model belajar gerak dasar lempar tangkap berbasis flashcard pada peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar, (2) memperoleh data empiris tentang kelayakan model belajar gerak dasar lempar tangkap berbasis flash card pada peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar, (3) memperoleh data empiris tentang kefektifan model belajar gerak dasar lempar tangkap berbasis flash card pada peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan model dengan desain ADDIE melalui tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Instrumen test menggunakan instrumen keterampilan gerak melempar dan menangkap yang sudah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji validitas mnenggunakan uji materi dan gerak dasar lempar tangkap dan pengukuran reliabilitasnya menggunakan tes re-test. Desain model dalam penelitian ini menggunakan flash card dan qr code untuk mengetahui syntax pelaksanaan model belajarnya. Uji kelmompok kecil dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Menteng 01 Jakarta Pusat dengan 15 responden peserta didik dilakukan dengan melakukan tes keterampilan gerak dasar lempar tangkap dan memberikan angket kepada peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan uji kelayakan para ahli model yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak oleh para ahli sehingga dapat dilanjutkan pada tahapan berikutnya. Uji efektivitas dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Menteng 01 Jakarta Pusat, Sekolah Dasar Negeri Gondangdia 05 Pagi, dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cikini 02 Jakarta dengan 60 responden yang terbagi dalam 30 responden kelompok kontrol dan 30 responden kelompok eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar gerak dasar lempar tangkap pada peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Hasil Uji N-Gain skor kelompok eksperimen sebesar 74 dengan tafsiran cukup efektif, dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 39 dengan tafsiran kurang efektif. Berdasarkan hasil uji N-Gain skor tersebut dinyatakan bahwa model belajar gerak dasar berbasis flash card cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar lempar tangkap pada peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar. ***** This study aims to (1) develop a flashcard-based basic throwing and catching movement learning model for fifth-grade elementary school students, (2) obtain empirical data on the feasibility of a flashcard-based basic throwing and catching movement learning model for fifth-grade elementary school students, (3) obtain empirical data on the effectiveness of a flashcard-based basic throwing and catching movement learning model for fifth-grade elementary school students. This study is a model development with ADDIE design through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The test instrument uses a throwing and catching movement skill instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. The validity test uses a test of material and basic throwing and catching movements and its reliability measurement uses a test-retest. The model design in this study uses flashcards and QR codes to determine the syntax of the learning model implementation. Small group testing was conducted at Menteng 01 State Elementary School, Central Jakarta with 15 student respondents by conducting a basic throwing and catching movement skill test and giving a questionnaire to fifthgrade elementary school students. Based on the feasibility test of the experts, the developed model was declared feasible by the experts so that it could be continued to the next stage. The effectiveness test was conducted at Menteng 01 Public Elementary School, Central Jakarta, Gondangdia 05 Morning Public Elementary School, and Cikini 02 Public Elementary School, Jakarta with 60 respondents divided into 30 respondents in the control group and 30 respondents in the experimental group. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence on improving the learning outcomes of basic throwing and catching movements in fifth grade elementary school students. The results of the N-Gain Test score for the experimental group were 74 with an interpretation of being quite effective, and the control group was 39 with an interpretation of being less effective. Based on the results of the N-Gain test score, it was stated that the flash card-based basic movement learning model was quite effective in improving the basic throwing and catching movement skills in fifth grade elementary school students.
