Abstract

Shanty Kusuma Wardhani. 2025, Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Keterampilan Menulis Teks Laporan Hasil Observasi Kelas VIII SMP Berbasis Keterampilan Abad ke-21 Berbantuan Media Educate. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar menulis teks laporan hasil observasi kelas VIII SMP berbasis keterampilan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 30 peserta didik di SMPN 232 Jakarta. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa hasil observasi, hasil angket kebutuhan peserta didik dan hasil wawancara dengan guru Bahasa Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa telah berhasil melakukan pengembangan bahan ajar menulis teks laporan hasil observasi kelas VIII SMP berbasis keterampilan abad ke-21. Kualitas dari bahan ajar menulis teks laporan hasil observasi mendapatkan nilai 96% dari validator ahli materi serta penilaian guru Bahasa Indonesia sebesar 94% dengan pemerolehan kategori penilaian sangat baik/sangat layak. Berdasarkan pada hasil evaluasi yang telah diterima menyatakan bahwa bahan ajar menulis teks laporan hasil observasi untuk kelas VIII jenjang SMP ini layak untuk digunakan. Penelitian ini telah berhasil mengembangkan bahan ajar yang efektif serta sistematis untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks laporan hasil observasi peserta didik, karena telah mendapatkan penilaian baik oleh ahli materi, guru bahasa Indonesia, dan mendapatkan penilaian baik dari para peserta didik. Sehingga bahan ajar ini dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran menulis teks laporan hasil observasi di kelas VIII SMP. This study aims to develop teaching materials for writing observation report texts for eighth-grade junior high school students based on 21st-century skills. The research employed a research and development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The sample of this study consisted of 30 students from SMPN 232 Jakarta. Data were collected through observations, student needs questionnaires, and interviews with Indonesian language teachers. The data were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods.The results of the study indicate a successful development of teaching materials for writing observation report texts tailored for eighth-grade students, integrating 21st-century skills. The quality of the developed teaching materials was rated 96% by content experts and 94% by Indonesian language teachers, both categorized as excellent/very appropriate. Based on the evaluation results, the teaching materials were deemed suitable for use. This research has successfully developed effective and systematic materials to enhance students' ability to write observation report texts, as evidenced by the positive evaluations from content experts, Indonesian language teachers, and students themselves. Therefore, these materials can be implemented in the teaching of observation report text writing in eighth-grade classrooms.
