Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi program bimbingan Rohani dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman pada siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assalafiyah Jakarta Timur. Fokus penelitian ini mencakup pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tiga orang guru agama, kepala sekolah dan enam siswa. Selain itu, data juga diperoleh melalui observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas kegiatan bimbingan Rohani serta dokumentasi berupa foto kegiatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perencanaan program bimbingan rohani di MI Assalafiyah belum memiliki perencanaan tertulis dan belum terdokumentasi secara terstruktur dalam bentuk rencana tertulis yang lengkap, namun arah dan tujuannya jelas, yaitu membentuk karakter siswa yang berakhlak mulia. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan setiap hari Jumat melalui kegiatan seperti shalat dhuha, murajaah, muhadoroh dan pembiasaan budaya 4S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, dan Sopan) meskipun kegiatan bersifat non formal dan fleksibel. Evaluasi program Bimbingan Rohani di MI Assalafiyah dilakukan secara tidak terstruktur namun rutin sebagai upaya untuk memastikan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman kepada siswa ***** This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Spiritual guidance program in instilling Islamic values in students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assalafiyah East Jakarta. The focus of this research includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews with three religion teachers, the principal and six students. In addition, data were also obtained through direct observation of the activities of Spiritual guidance activities and documentation in the form of photos of activities. The results of this study indicate that the planning of the spiritual guidance program at MI Assalafiyah does not yet have a written plan and has not been documented in a structured manner in the form of a complete written plan, but the direction and purpose are clear, namely shaping the noble character of students. The implementation of the program is carried out every Friday through activities such as dhuha prayer, murajaah, muhadoroh and habituation of the 4S culture (Smile, Greeting, Greeting, and Polite) even though the activities are non-formal and flexible. Evaluation of the Spiritual Guidance program at MI Assalafiyah is carried out in an unstructured but routine manner as an effort to ensure effectiveness and sustainability in instilling Islamic values to students.
