Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji perbedaan minat belajar siswa kelas x SMK Akuntansi ketika menggunakan dua jenis media pembelajaran interaktif: media pembelajaran interaktif Articulate Storyline 3 dan media pembelajaran interaktif Adobe Flash. Latar belakang penelitian berakar pada kebutuhan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, khususnya untuk mengatasi penurunan motivasi belajar pasca-pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada minat belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan media Articulate Storyline 3 dibanding Adobe Flash. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen kuantitatif dengan rancangan posttest-only control group design. Sampel terdiri dari dua kelas-kelas eksperimen (n = 36) yang menggunakan Articulate Storyline 3 dan kelas kontrol (n = 36) yang menggunakan Adobe Flash di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert (20 butir) yang mengukur empat indikator minat belajar: ketertarikan, perasaan senang, keterlibatan aktif, dan perhatian. Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen diuji sebelum pengumpulan data, sedangkan analisis data meliputi uji normalitas (Kolmogorov Smirnov), uji homogenitas (Levene’s Test), dan uji _independent samples t-test pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata skor minat belajar kelas eksperimen sebesar 72,72 (SD = 10,93) lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol sebesar 66,33 (SD = 11,60). Uji t independen menghasilkan t (70) = 2,366 dengan p = 0,021 (< 0,05), menandakan perbedaan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran berbasis Articulate Storyline 3 lebih efektif meningkatkan minat belajar siswa SMK Akuntansi dibanding Adobe Flash. Temuan ini merekomendasikan penggunaan Articulate Storyline 3 sebagai alternatif utama dalam merancang media pembelajaran interaktif dan menekankan pentingnya dukungan infrastruktur seperti koneksi internet untuk optimalisasi implementasi. ***** This study examines the differences in learning interests of students in grade x of Accounting Vocational School when using two types of interactive learning media: Articulate Storyline 3 interactive learning media and Adobe Flash interactive learning media. The background of the research is rooted in the need to improve the quality of learning in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, especially to overcome the decline in learning motivation after the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of the study was to find out whether there was a significant difference in the learning interests of students who were taught with Articulate Storyline 3 media compared to Adobe Flash. The method used was a quantitative experiment with a posttest-only control group design. The sample consisted of two experimental classes (n = 36) using Articulate Storyline 3 and a control class (n = 36) using Adobe Flash at SMK Negeri 1 South Tangerang City. Data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire (20 items) that measured four indicators of learning interest: interest, feelings of pleasure, active engagement, and attention. The validity and reliability of the instruments were tested before data collection, while the data analysis included a normality test (Kolmogorov Smirnov), a homogeneity test (Levene's Test), and a _independent sample t-test at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that the average learning interest score of the experimental class was 72.72 (SD = 10.93) higher than that of the control class of 66.33 (SD = 11.60). The independent t-test yielded t(70) = 2.366 with p = 0.021 (< 0.05), signaling a significant difference. Thus, learning media based on Articulate Storyline 3 is more effective in increasing the learning interest of Accounting Vocational School students than Adobe Flash. These findings recommend the use of Articulate Storyline 3 as a primary alternative in designing interactive learning media and emphasize the importance of supporting infrastructure such as internet connections for implementation optimization.
