Abstract

Studi ini didorong oleh tingkat pergantian karyawan sebuah perusahaan konsultan yang lebih dari 10% selama empat tahun terakhir (2020-2024). Retensi karyawan merupakan salah satu prioritas utama perusahaan untuk memastikan stabilitas staf dan mengurangi pergantian karyawan. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana pelatihan dan pengembangan, pemberdayaan, dan kepuasan kerja memengaruhi retensi karyawan di perusahaan konsultan. Survei kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel 104 pekerja di perusahaan konsultan. Pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi asumsi adalah Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Studi ini menemukan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan memiliki pengaruh positif namun dapat diabaikan terhadap retensi karyawan, tetapi pemberdayaan dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan substansial terhadap retensi karyawan. Namun, ketika kebahagiaan kerja diperhitungkan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta pemberdayaan, memiliki dampak positif dan substansial terhadap retensi karyawan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi strategi retensi karyawan bagi perusahaan konsultan, serta memberikan dampak praktis untuk mempertahankan karyawan di dalam organisasi. ****** This study is driven by a consulting firm's turnover rate of more than 10% during the last four years (2020-2024). Employee retention is one of the company's top priorities for ensuring staff stability and decreasing turnover. The purpose of this study is to look at how training and development, empowerment, and work satisfaction affect employee retention at a consulting business. A sample was used in a quantitative survey of 104 consulting business workers. The data analysis approach utilized to evaluate the assumptions was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The study found that training and development had a positive but negligible influence on employee retention, but empowerment and work satisfaction have a positive and substantial effect on employee retention. However, when work happiness is taken into account, training and development, as well as empowerment, have a positive and considerable impact on employee retention. This study makes an essential addition to employee retention strategies for consulting companies, as well as practical consequences for maintaining personnel inside the organization.
