Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan fondasi penting bagi perkembangan holistik anak, sehingga diperlukan pengelolaan kelas yang efektif guna menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, nyaman. Namun, keterampilan manajemen kelas guru PAUD masih tergolong sedang, terutama dalam pengelolaan waktu, kelompok, dan penataan ruang. Rendahnya kualifikasi akademik dan kurangnya pelatihan menjadi faktor penghambat utama. Selain itu, efikasi diri guru yang rendah juga berdampak pada keterampilan guru PAUD dalam menerapkan strategi manajemen kelas secara optimal. Pengembangan profesional dan efikasi diri menjadi dua faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen kelas secara signifikan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung pengembangan profesional dan efikasi diri terhadap keterampilan manajemen kelas, terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap keterampilan manajemen kelas guru PAUD, terdapat pengaruh langsung pengembangan profesional terhadap keterampilan manajemen kelas guru PAUD, dan apakah terdapat pengaruh pengembangan profesional terhadap keterampilan manajemen kelas guru PAUD melalui efikasi diri.Populasi penelitian guru PAUD yang berada Kota administrasi Jakarta Timur Wilayah I dengan sampel sebanyak 84 guru SPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif (Survey) menggunakan Path analisys. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung pengembangan profesional terhadap keterampilan manajemen kelas guru PAUD, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung efikasi diri terhadap keterampilan manajemen kelas guru paud, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung pengembangan profesional terhadap efikasi diri guru PAUD. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengembangan profesional berpengaruh lebih besar terhadap efikasi diri guru PAUD sebesar 52.3%, sedangkan untuk pengaruh pengembangan profesional terhadap keterampilan manajemen kelas guru PAUD yaitu 34.5%, dan pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap keterampilan manajemen kelas yaitu 49,4%. Ditemukan bahwa pengembangan profesional dan efikasi diri sebagai kontribusi dalam keteranpilan manajemen kelas guru PAUD. PAUD ***** Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an important foundation for the holistic development of children, so effective classroom management is needed to create a safe and comfortable learning environment. However, the classroom management skills of PAUD teachers are still classified as average, especially in time management, groups, and spatial arrangement. Low academic qualifications and lack of training are the main inhibiting factors. In addition, low teacher self-efficacy also impacts the skills of PAUD teachers in implementing classroom management strategies optimally. Professional development and self-efficacy are two important factors that can significantly improve classroom management skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of professional development and self-efficacy on classroom management skills, there is an effect of self-efficacy on classroom management skills of PAUD teachers, there is a direct effect of professional development on classroom management skills of PAUD teachers, and whether there is an effect of professional development on classroom management skills of PAUD teachers through self-efficacy. The research population of PAUD teachers in the administrative city of East Jakarta Region I with a sample of 84 SPS teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach (Survey) using Path analysis. The results of the study indicate: (1) there is a direct effect of professional development on the classroom management skills of early childhood education teachers, (2) there is a direct effect of self-efficacy on the classroom management skills of early childhood education teachers, and (3) there is a direct effect of professional development on the self-efficacy of early childhood education teachers. Based on the results of the study, professional development had a greater effect on the self-efficacy of early childhood education teachers at 52.3%, while the effect of professional development on the classroom management skills of early childhood education teachers was 34.5%, and the effect of self-efficacy on classroom management skills was 49.4%. It was found that professional development and self-efficacy contribute to the classroom management skills of early childhood education teachers.
