Abstract
PROGRAM PEMBIASAAN MERAWAT DIRI MEMAKAI PEMBALUT BERBASIS KELUARGA PADA ANAK HAMBATAN INTELEKTUAL RINGAN Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat program pembiasaan merawat diri memakai pembalut berbasis keluarga bagi anak hambatan intelektual ringan kelas IV di SD Indonesia Persada Gemilang Jakarta. Anak dengan hambatan intelektual sering mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan perawatan diri secara mandiri, termasuk dalam mengelola menstruasi. Keterlibatan keluarga sebagai pendidik utama sangat penting dalam membentuk kemandirian anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian karya inovatif dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan uji kelayakan oleh para ahli. Subjek penelitian adalah dua anak hambatan intelektual ringan usia pubertas yang belum mampu memakai pembalut secara mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembiasaan berbasis keluarga yang dikembangkan melalui pendekatan task analysis efektif membantu anak dalam mengenal dan menerapkan langkah-langkah memakai pembalut secara mandiri. Program ini juga mendorong keterlibatan aktif orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran keterampilan merawat diri anak di lingkungan rumah. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari hasil validasi uji ahli media mendapat skor (98%), validasi uji ahli anak hambatan intelektual mendapat skor (96%), validasi uji ahli materi mendapat skor (92%) masuk dalam kategori sangat baik sehingga dapat disimpulkan program ini dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam melatih kegiatan merawat diri memakai pembalut berbasis keluarga. Kata kunci: program pembiasaan, merawat diri, pembalut, hambatan intelektual ringan, berbasis keluarga ***** DEVELOPMENT OF A FAMILY-BASED HABIT PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN WITH MILD INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES This study aims to develop a family-based habituation program for children with mild intellectual disabilities in grade IV of SD Indonesia Persada Gemilang Jakarta. Children with intellectual disabilities often have difficulty in performing self-care independently, including in managing menstruation. The involvement of the family as the primary educator is very important in shaping children's independence. This research uses innovative work research method with the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and feasibility tests by experts. The subjects of the study were two children with mild intellectual disabilities of puberty who were not yet able to use sanitary napkins independently. The results of the study showed that the family-based habituation program developed through the task analysis approach was effective in helping children to recognize and apply the steps to use sanitary napkins independently. This program also encourages active involvement of parents in the process of learning self-care skills for children in the home environment. The results of the study obtained from the results of the validation of the media expert test got a score of (98%) the validation of the intellectually disabled child expert test got a score of (96%), the validation of the material expert test got a score of (92%) in the very good category so that it can be concluded that this program can be an effective alternative in training self-care activities using family-based sanitary napkins.
