Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan Pelatihan Daring “Pra Tugas Pendamping Lokal Desa” berdasarkan teori dari Davis mengenai penerimaan teknologi (Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan teknik survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pendamping Lokal Desa yang berada di wilayah Jawa Barat yang berjumlah 92 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan perhitungan persentase statistika sederhana. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari rata-rata tingkat penerimaan Pelatihan Daring “Pra Tugas Pendamping Lokal Desa” menunjukkan kategori “Tinggi” yaitu dengan persentase sebesar 75,1%. Hasil penelitian yang dibentuk dari lima konstruk yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan yang menunjukkan kategori “Tinggi” dengan persentase 74,74%, persepsi kegunaan yang menunjukkan kategori “Tinggi” dengan persentase 74,96%, sikap terhadap penggunaan yang menunjukkan kategori “Tinggi” dengan persentase 76,2%, intensitas perilaku pengguna yang menunjukan kategori “Tinggi” dengan persentase 75,37%, dan penggunaan sistem secara aktual menunjukkan kategori “Tinggi” dengan persentase 73,82%. Pendamping Lokal Desa di Jawa Barat dapat menerima Pelatihan Daring Pra Tugas Pendamping Lokal Desa yang menunjukan kategori “Tinggi” dengan persentase 75,1%. ***** This study aims to determine the level of acceptance of Online Training “Pre-Task Village Local Facilitator” based on Davis' theory of technology acceptance (Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)). This research is an evaluation research with survey technique. This research was conducted on Village Local Facilitator in the West Java region totaling 92 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with simple statistical percentage calculations. The results obtained from the average level of acceptance of Online Training “Pre-Task Village Local Facilitator” showed a “High” category, with a percentage of 75.1%. The results of the research formed from five constructs, namely perceived ease of use which shows the “High” category with a percentage of 74.74%, perceived usefulness which shows the “High” category with a percentage of 74.96%, attitude towards use which shows the “High” category with a percentage of 76.2%, behavioral intention to use which shows the ‘High’ category with a percentage of 75.37%, and actual system use which shows the “High” category with a percentage of 73.82%. Village Local Facilitators in West Java can receive Pre-Task Online Training for Village Local Facilitators which shows a “High” category with a percentage of 75.1%.
