Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Ciracas Tahun 2024/2025. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu supervisi akademik kepala sekolah sebagai variabel X dan profesionalisme guru sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 430 Guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Ciracas Tahun 2024/2025, dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 81 Guru dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan Ŷ = 6,065+0,671X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,512 atau 51,2%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t mendapatkan thitung (9,102) > ttabel (1,990) dan hasil signifikansi < ,001 yang dimana lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga supervisi akademik kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profesionalisme Guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Ciracas Tahun 2024/2025. **** This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of academic supervision by school principals on the professionalism of public junior high school teachers in the Ciracas subdistrict in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study consists of two variables, namely academic supervision by school principals as variable X and teacher professionalism as variable Y. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study consists of 430 public junior high school teachers in Ciracas District for the 2024/2025 academic year, with a sample of 81 teachers selected using proportional random sampling and the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques use questionnaires with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing was conducted using simple linear regression analysis, resulting in the equation Ŷ = 6.065 + 0.671X and a coefficient of determination of 0.512 or 51.2%. From the hypothesis testing using the t-test, the calculated t-value (9.102) was greater than the critical t-value (1.990), and the significance level was <0.001, which is smaller than 0.05. Therefore, the academic supervision of school principals has a positive and significant influence on the professionalism of public junior high school teachers in the Ciracas sub-district for the 2024/2025 academic year.(****)
