Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Lecture Creative Performance di Indonesia baik secara teoritis maupun empiris. Berdasarkan hasil telaah literatur, diidentifikasi variabel prediktor Knowledge Sharing, Entreprenerial Leadership, dan Psychological Capital sebagai solusi atas permasalahan kreatif dosen. Secara teoritis penelitian ini menghasilkan model efektif Lecture Creative Performance dengan best practicenya dan secara empiris diidentifikasi dimensi dan faktor pembentuk variabel penelitian sehingga menjadi pertimbangan bagi pengambilan keputusan bagi Perguruan Tinggi Berbadan Hukum. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebuah Teori Resource-Based View (RBV) adalah teori dalam manajemen strategis yang berfokus pada pentingnya sumber daya internal untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Dosen PTNBH sebanyak 215 orang dari populasi sebanyak 35.954 dosen Perguruan Tinggi Berbadan Hukum di Indonesia dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan diawali dengan analisis deskriptif, untuk menggambarkan karakteristik masing – masing variabel penelitian. Kemudian menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Software Smart PLS. Penemuan dalam penelitian ini memberikan Novelty dalam pemodelan Lecture Creative Performance, alat ukur Lecture Creative Performance, Best practice - Lecture Creative Performance dalam pengembangan Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Creative Performance; Entrepreneurial Leadership; Knowledge Sharing; Psychological Capital; Resource-Based View.****************************************This research aims to develop Lecture Creative Performance model in Indonesia both theoretically and empirically. Based on the results of the literature review, the predictor variables of Knowledge Sharing, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Psychological Capital were identified as a solution to the creative problems of lecturers. Theoretically, this research produces an effective model of Lecture Creative Performance with best practices and empirically identified dimensions and factors forming research variables so that it becomes a consideration for decision making for Legalised Universities. The theory used in this study is a Resource-Based View (RBV) Theory is a theory in strategic management that focuses on the importance of internal resources to achieve competitive advantage. The sample in this study were 215 PTNBH lecturers from a population of 35,954 lecturers of Legal Entity Universities in Indonesia with Proportional Random Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used begins with descriptive analysis, to describe the characteristics of each research variable. Then using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS Software. The findings in this study provide Novelty in modelling Lecture Creative Performance, Lecture Creative Performance measurement tools, Best practice - Lecture Creative Performance in the development of Higher Education in Indonesia.
